Trivii ignoring all the things her mother told her about running with knives and scizzors, quickly palms one of her leaf bladed darlings, allowing her natural agility to cary her after Kataio. Trying to controll her breathing so she wouldn't collapse, amazingly she keeps to the path not far behind the lady and mask child.
Aricin grimaces and muttering a few obsinities about idiot women, sprints like an olympian to maintain a safe position in the rear. Oh well they knew that it wouldn't be easy when they signed on to come to the frontier colony.

Kataio slowed then finally halted lowering Zahar to te ground. She had lost Haisyn some how. Nothing like a motherly figure's speed when she knows her little'n is in trouble. She took a couple deep breaths and blinked into the sunrays coming down.
"Well, at least you know where we have to go but we can stop trying to race after Haisyn now." Kata kept her silvery gaze down even avoiding direct eye contact with Zahar who seemed to shine with light sometimes.
Zahar watched both sides of the thin path they were on. She knew they should keep moving but she had also known there would be better chance at survival if the four of them stuck together. The girl and her friend were both moving fast they should be with them soon. Maybe then they could actually plan something.

A few minutes later, Trivii slowed a few yards away from Kataio and Zahar, drawing in very slow, and deliberate breaths, she glanced around trying to catch her barings.
Aricin came to a stand still beside her, first arching his back and then leaning forward, looking at ease but a trained eye could tell he was laboring. He looked up at Kataio looking slightly confused. "Why did we stop?" were the first words he had spoken since their introduction back at Home...
Trivii gave him a mildly stunned look, then cocked an ear trying to figure out if there was anyone around. Straightening she turned to Kataio. "So... they aren't too far from us now are they?"

"No not far at all. I couldn't catch Haisyn so I decided to wait for you two. You have not met the rades yet have you?" Kata glanced down at the little girl. "Rades are harder to kill then we think. I almost got killed by three of them. I would rather have back up."
Zahar urged them all on now since they were grouped. She didn't know how long the others had. Her eyes were pleading with the three people around her.

Trivii nods, "We haven't been out enough to do more than gather botanical samples, what sort of plan do you think is best to go in with? We shouldn't procrastinate if the Rades are as dangerous as you say."
Aricin pulls a gun from his belt and checks the clip, between the two guns he has twenty six rounds, if they didn't jam. And he honestly couldn't remember the last time they were cleaned, though since they hadn't been used they should be okay. (God bless 9mm's)
Trivii looks at the mask girl, taking note of her somewhat desperate expression. "What ever we decide, we need to make up our minds fast."

It was almost casual, the way Ice ran past her daughter, pulling out her broadsword and chopping off the head of the Rade. Because of the slow motion she even had time to grab Galilee off of its back before the cat body staggered and fell. The head rolled a little while, finally coming to a halt near Io's feet.
"And that makes three." Ice said, wiping her blade off on the cat's coat.
You can stop now, Nika. Io called, relaxing as she waited for what Ice was about to do with an evil grin. It's over.
"And for the rest of you." Ice said, deceptively calm. "WHAT IN THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING?!"

Galilee pointed at Io, I didn't want her hurt....
Kaliksa shrugged, "I just came out here to see what the commotion was...and suddenly we're meow-mix. I think the sisters ran off....again."

I thought I was helping Merci' find Fauve.
*leans over and picks up Kasai*

"I don't mean the helping part. I mean the shouting in the middle of a freakin JUNGLE! You might as well be shouting 'Here, kitty kitty!!' But--" She took a breath. "Let's find the sisters. I have to give them a piece of my mind."
I think I'll start now. Io muttered, shouldering her bow. She looked around, scowling as she didn't see Silva. But she couldn't bring that up in front of the other masques. Ice would get irritated. Fauve?! Ashy! If we don't find you now then you will be in SO much more trouble when we do!
Ice paused, looking at the air for a few seconds before turning slightly. "This way."
None of them noticed the eerie silver eyes watching them from a distance. Within a blink the eavesdropper disappeared, leaving no trace of a presence after leaving.

Fauve flinched at Io's voice, but she answered anyway. 'I think I see Merci, We'll be there in a few minutes...' It's obvious from her tone she knows she's in alot of trouble.
Merci only walked a few more minutes before coming to a stop, Fauve should be right here. She looked around before hearing a rustle up the tree next to her. Looking up she watched her charge carefully trying to climb down the tree. Merci felt the rush of relief.... but the fury that she felt on behalf of the others was still strong. She waited patiently for Fauve to touch down on the ground before grabbing her and hugging her tightly.
Fauve blinked a little bit and stood shock still for a minute, and then hugged Merci back. She knew that this didn't mean she was out of trouble, but the affermation that Merci cared that she was missing still helped her feel a little better.
Merci pulled away and looked at Fauve's blue eyes in that checkered mask, "Don't you ever.... ever.. think about leaving the base by yourself... ever again.. you're.... I can't think of a punishment bad enough for you right now.. but when I calm down....." Merci was shaking, she got up. "Your going to appologize to the rest of the masks for putting them in danger, and then your going to work." Holding Fauve's hand she starts back the way she came, toward the group of women and masques

Ashy clambered down the tree after her sister, waiting until Merci was heading the other way to jump down so she didn't land on anyone. I know I'm in trouble, Io... but I couldn't leave Fauve out here by herself when I found out what was going on. I'm not leaving her alone again, ever. She frowned to herself. I shoulda woke Haisyn up first shouldn't I?
As if on cue, Haisyn slid out from behind a tree and hefted the girl up under her arm. "Yes, yes you should have."
I was talking to Io, Haisyn! The girl crossed her arms grumpily. She didn't like being carried around like this.
"But I can hear you, too, sweets. And I think I'm allowed a few words in edgewise, eh?" They entered the clearing with the others and Haisyn put Ashy down, but kept a hold on her arm. It wasn't a particularly firm grip, and the child could have gotten away if she'd wanted. But Haisyn and Ash both knew she wasn't going to. She might make trouble but she wasn't stupid enough to run off after what happened with Fauve, especially when she knew there might be more Rade or a Silva around...
"Sorry I missed the... fun... Ice, but I figured you guys had it covered when I passed by. I wanted to retrieve my little bit of mischief before she managed to get herself in more trouble."

*pokes around from behind Cinder to look at the sisters. Takes in what they look like* Which one is Fauve?
She is wearing the dress. Get over here.
*picks Kasai up, before he could go and try to speak with the two well their guardians were having a talk with them.*
*looks over to Ice* I didn't realize that the rade could hear the masques. I will keep it in mind and learn to be more careful. *looks at Kasai slightly* I have too much to lose now, to let myself go around making stupid mistakes.
*looks around to see if the others are getting ready to go*
Oh and give me the knife back.
Alright, *sigh* *passes the stilleto to Cinder*

Merci stopped in front of the group, Fauve's hand still inside of her own. Merci took in a huge sigh and pushed her daughter forward a little bit. "Go on Fauve...."
Fauve stumbled forward a step when Merci nudged her. She looked around at the group and pushed her hair back over her shoulders, still trying to groom herself even now. 'I.. I'm sorry I ran off like that, I should have known better. I let my emotions carry me away, I.. I won't do it again, and I'm sorry that any of you were put in danger.'
Merci looks at the women that can't hear her and says "She said she's sorry, that she shouldn't have run off like that and she won't be letting herself get carried away like that again. I also want to appologize for any danger that you or your charges were put in." Merci looks down at Fauve and scowls.. obviously still not very happy with her.

Trivii lifts her head to the breeze, sensing something shift in the natural electric current, were they too late to help? What was going on? She folded her hand around the comforting razor sharp bit of metal.. She was starting to feel ill again, but it was conrollable. "I think that all four of us know what we need to do..."
Aricin nodded, "Kill the Rade without getting in each others way right?" Forgetting about Kataio for the moment.
Trivii slid the leaf blade back into her wrist sheeth. "I don't know, but we need to at least find the others... You said that they weren't far right Kataio? So Lead on... I want to get this over with."
Aricin tilts his head, "What about planning?"
Trivii sinks to the ground in order to start thinking... "Stay out of the way of claws and teeth should about cover it, what else can we do?"
(Sorry Kata, just popped in and noticed that with the Rade dead, and the kids found, we aren't really needed so I decided to Fastforward past the planning so that we can meet up with the others and learn about what went down IC, so we aren't playing on OOC knowledge)

*Kasai looks at the girl apologizing, she was very pretty he thought, then immediately wondered where that thought had come from* *feeling he should say something he responded* Uhm, it is ok...glad we found you, even though I don't really know you.
*Cinder smiles at Merci' explanation*
I am just glad they are both ok. I am ready to get back to camp...have a school to start building.
