Whew...that bio was a doozy...I should learn to make fewer "simple" characters with hella complicated backgrounds XD Task Three Point Five: I HAVE THE POWAH!!!! Zii has yet to discover any powers. Right now, she's just a regular sleaze...with the exception of the red eyes, that is. Task four: But she had a great personality...Zii has chilled out a bit since her high school years, "a bit" being the operative term. Zii tries to put on an air of apathy, but she's easily ruffled and won't hesitate in the slightest to start a fight. Zii tries to keep others at a safe distance, her life experiences having taught her that people don't stick around for long. In the off chance that someone does manage to get too close to Zii, she usually just packs up and leaves. She defines the boundaries of her relationships, and she decides how close you're going to get. Zii curses like two sailors having a cursing contest, smokes like a chimney, and has the libido of a dog in heat. She likes to keep conversations shallow, and generally jokes or changes the subject if topics begin to get too deep. Zii maintains relationships with others only when it is convenient for her. Everyone has their secrets, and she'll let you keep yours as long as you don't try to take hers. Task five: Don't judge a book by its cover... Zii stands at about 5' 6" and weighs around 135 pounds. She's naturally curvy and a bit busty, two facts she's not afraid to use to her advantage. Zii's skin is pale, probably due to her largely nocturnal lifestyle. Her sleek, black hair is cut short and kept in a state of disarray, constantly falling about her face. Her eyes are the color of fresh blood. If asked about them, she attributes the color to colored contacts. Zii's wardrobe consists of articles purchased from thrift stores and accessories stolen from stores she can't afford to shop in. She generally dresses in blacks, whites, and grays with maybe and occasional red thrown in there for good measure. When not working or clubbing, Zii tends to look like she just rolled out of bed and threw on whatever she found lying around. This is because that is exactly what she did. Zii doesn't try to look like she doesn't give a damn. She just honestly doesn't give a damn.

Zii doesn't try to look like she doesn't give a damn. She just honestly doesn't give a damn. Costume: N/A Primary Power: Zii has yet to discover any abilities. Secondary Power(s): N/A (yet). Weakness: Zii is a sucker for a pretty face. Personality: Zii has chilled out a bit since her high school years, "a bit" being the operative term. Zii likes to keep conversations shallow, and generally jokes or changes the subject if topics begin to get too deep. She maintains relationships with others only when it is convenient for her. Everyone has their secrets, and she'll let you keep yours as long as you don't try to take hers. Biography: If you ask Zii about her past while she's sober, she's likely to show you a certain digit on a certain body part which carries a certain lewd connotation and tell you to mind your own business. If you ask her while she's in a slightly less-than-sober state, she's likely to give you a slurry and expletive-filled dissertation on why her father can choke on a certain part of the male reproductive system. Zii was born into what seemed, initially, to be a rather pleasant Jewish family. The first child of a young and nervous couple, Zii caused a bit of a stir when she was born. She had all her fingers and toes, two eyes in the right place, and a set of strong, healthy lungs, but what seemed most unusual about Zii was, firstly, the fact that she was born with black hair. In itself, this isn't an all too unusual occurrence...until you take into account that her mother was a red head, her father had brown hair, and nobody, not even as far back as four generations on either side, had even the tiniest tint of black sprouting from their heads. Secondly, Zii was born with red eyes. No one needs to explain why this is a bit unusual. Zii's appearance had her mother in a panic, her father ready to hire a divorce lawyer, and the doctors frantically scouring through medical journals for some kind of explanation. Finally, as a gesture of hopelessness, the doctors gave a shrug of their shoulders, told Zii's parents that it was just some kind of rare genetic mutation, and sent the troubled family on their way. This explanation wasn't satisfactory for one member of Zii's family, however. Upon taking his fragile, odd grandchild into his arms, something snapped in the mind of Zii's grandfather. He began prattling off prophesies, hysterically howling about the end of the world, and how Zii was the incarnation of someone--or something--he called "Abaddon". Two months later, Zii's grandfather was put in a nursing home, considered too unsound to continue to live on his own. Before going, he hid a long, rectangular box for Zii in the crawlspace of the baby's bedroom, attaching to it a note that instructed her not to open it until she knew the time was right. He lived three more months, then passed away quietly in his room. As Zii began to grow, things in the house became strained. Zii's father was still not convinced that his daughter's appearance was due to a deformity and not his wife's infidelity. He became suspicious and possessive and took to drinking. Zii's mother was suffering from postpartum depression. She would have fantasies about harming Zii or herself, and she was prone to emotional breakdowns. Her condition was aggravated further by her husband's mistrust. She blamed Zii for tearing apart her marriage and her life. One night, Zii's mother toppled over the edge. Zii's father came home to find his wife in the bathroom filling the bathtub while the helpless and crying Zii lay in it. Next to her was a bottle of aspirin and a bottle of gin. The terrified husband stopped her just in time to save his child, but too late to save his wife's sanity. Zii's mother was sent to a mental institution, and Zii never heard from her again. Zii's father, now a single parent, did the best he could to keep Zii happy and healthy. He blamed himself for his wife's condition, and his guilt temporarily snapped him out of the hole he had been living in. He worked hard to rise up the corporate ladder, sent Zii to the best schools he could afford, and even did his best to find time to attend young Zii's dance recitals. Despite Zii's tragic beginnings, things were looking up. This era of prosperity was short lived, however. When she was eight, Zii's father, an attorney, made a critical error and lost a huge case. He was fired. Unable to find new work now that his reputation was ruined, Zii's father had to move her to public school. They took up residence in shadier and shadier neighborhoods, constantly moving with each new eviction notice. He took up drinking again. She was nine the first time he hit her. By ten, Zii was living in foster care. The next six years were a flurry of foster homes and bad decisions. Zii discovered the joys of booze, parties, and boys. She was constantly at odds with her foster parents, no matter who they happened to be this month. She was forced into rehab more than once. By sixteen, she had dropped out of high school and was living with a twenty-something-year-old guitarist boyfriend. She bounced around over the course of the next two years, shacking up with boyfriends and working low-end jobs. But, when she was eighteen, she received a call from her father. He knew where she was, and he wanted to find her. That's when Zii packed up and moved to Delmor, determined never to let her past catch up with her. She changed her number and started using fake names, only working in places that were willing to pay her cash. Now twenty, Zii works a bartending job at a local club. She resides with her current boyfriend, Rowland Hawes. Through all her trials and tribulations, Zii has always kept the box her grandfather left her. She has never opened it. Goals/Motives: Zii doesn't have any specific goals or motives (unless you count dodging her family). She's happy to drift through life and go wherever it takes her. Vices: Zii curses like two sailors having a cursing contest, smokes like a chimney, and has the libido of a dog in heat. She also drinks too much. And steals. And...well, you get the picture. Other: When intoxicated, Zii can belch the alphabet.

Task 1: Finding a Character Idea
For my character idea, I've combined the basic ideas from two guilds, and just another character idea that I had...
Basically, he's a character with no real family, a kid in him mid-teenage years. He's kind of secluded and nearly lost all ties with reality, seeing only the need for justice to be administered. Especially after he had to live in the underbelly of society for several years.
Task 2: A/S/L
His name is Joel Timothy Russel, he is only 16 years of age.
Task 3: For Better of for Worse, for Good or for Evil?
Joel was the son of a soldier and a cop. His father was a soldier in the military, they were very close, until he had to leave when Joel was only 5. When Joel was 8, his father was killed in combat, there were no details given about his death. Joel's mother was a cop on the local police force, they were very close, even more so after his father died. She was killed by a criminal when Joel was 11, the police never caught the criminal, and Joel hated this. He did not know of any extended family to live with, so Joel and his brother were forced to live on their own, on the streets.
Joel believed in the morals his parents fought and died for, justice, the greater good, all that. When they were forced onto the streets, Joel's brother forgot about all that, and he started a life of crime, starting only with basic things like food and merchandise from a local supermarket, but this grew to greater theft, even robbery, they even started up a gang. Joel was against this every step of the way, but what could he do? His brother was his only family, and this was their only means of support. This went on for 3 more years.
On one of the heists, Joel found the object that gives him his power, the only thing he could be said to have actively stolen, though that is not entirely true. Though, this is the only thing he kept from any of their robberies, save the food from their early career.
One day, during a heist, Joel couldn't take it any more, he struck out against the group. The fact that they wanted to resort to murder pushed Joel over the edge. He attacked his brother, distracting him so the cops would find and arrest him. In turn, Joel's brother tried to kill him by throwing him out the window. Joel somehow survived.
When Joel discovered his powers, he went out as a hero, trying to take down every criminal he could, and, secretly, searching for the man that killed his mother, knowing that man was still on the streets.
One day, Joel found this man, after stopping him from getting away and taking him down...Joel killed him, throwing him out the window of the building and to the pavement below.
As Joel saw this sight, he grew depressed, unable to believe what he had just done. That day, he took off, having no possessions or attachment to the city. He left, never looking back, leaving everything, his old memories, his apartment, his brother.
Eventually, Joel came across Delmor, and began working and doing what he could to get by, as well as trying to stop any crimes he came across in the city.
3.5: I HAVE THE POWAH!!!!
Primary Power: Through the golden pearl he wears around his neck, Joel has the power to focus his energy through certain objects, mostly glass, crystal, and other such substances. With that energy, he can create objects, basically anything, the size varying on the size of the focus point. One important thing to note is that these object may take on the appearance, but do not have the qualities of the object, unless it is inherit to the basic object. Meaning, a sword he creates would not be sharp, but a boomerang would still be able to return to the spot it was thrown from.
Secondary Power: Through the golden pearl alone, Joel can create a set of red wings, allowing him to fly.
He also has the ability to create objects like real ones, such as a sword that is actually sharp. This, however, requires more focus, discipline, and energy that Joel currently has.
Weakness: Joel can only create an object for up to five minutes at this point. He also needs to have a focus point he can carry with him. More importantly, Joel needs extreme focus to produce and object, otherwise he could produce something that is ineffective, misshapen, or, just plain fail to create anything, possibly even hurting himself.
Task 4: But She Had a Great Personality...
Joel is usually quiet and secluded, he is often described as depressing when people actually get to talk to him. He does not like to talk about his past, his family, or anything else. Joel is prone to getting angry when he believes someone is questioning him too much. He does not, however, like to get into fights. When angry, he will usually just storm off, or, if that isn't an option, just stop talking.
He does, however, have a passion for justice, so, he is not slow to voice his opinion when talking on criminal justice, or recent crimes, or the like.
When talking, Joel likes to be brief and to the point, he rarely hesitates to speak his mind or sugarcoats anything.
When nervous, Joel tend to become more quiet and look away from everyone, either at the ground or through a nearby window usually. When exited, Joel become more animated, waving his arms around and jumping around while he speaks.
Joel is sometimes seen as too serious when dealing with justice, looking too intently to stop any and all crimes around him, regardless of how small or petty.

Task 5: Don't Judge a Book by its Cover Joel stands at around 5'7" and is slightly skinny for a boy his age. His eyes are a sort of gray-blue color, usually with dark rings about them due to his lack of sleep. His hair is usually looks like he just got out of bed, and his clothing is usually torn, baggy, or faded. He wears his golden pearl around his neck, though usually under his shirt, wherever he goes. His superhero attire is quite strange and thrown together, just with a consistent color scheme. He sees himself as a sort of angel of justice, and that is what he tried to make it look like. He displays the golden pearl much more prominently in this attire. Task 6: ProfileName: Joel Timothy Russel AKA: He refers to himself as the Angel of Justice, but he has never had any nicknames that stuck. Task 1: Finding a Character IdeaMy character idea contains a basic thread that has run through just about all my characters, a wrestler-like base design, from there, I'm just going to kind of run with it. Task 2: A/S/LHis name is Josh Marshall, though his wrestling name is "The Shining Star" Jacob Nova. He is 17, just barely old enough to wrestle. Task 3: For Better or for Worse, for Good or for Evil?Josh was born in a small town to a normal family. His parents didn't do anything out of the ordinary, they just worked for some local businesses. Josh had one older brother, and later, a younger sister was born into his family as well. Josh did nothing spectacular during his young life, he did alright in school, but did not excel. Finally, he started in sports, and that was where he excelled, helping to lead his school teams to various championships in various sports. The only problem was that Josh would begin to shirk his responsibility with school and his family during the sports seasons. He began to grow more distant from his parents, but he also grew even closer to his siblings. His brother stood up for him to the older kids, so, in turn, he stood up for his sister whenever anyone messed with her. Josh, however, wanted to go further than school sports in his life, and that was when he discovered wrestling. Josh began training even harder, still ignoring his family and school responsibilities, in order to become a wrestler. His brother and sister were very supporting, and he managed to get his parents to support him as he went through training. Josh began to work for a local independent at the age of 16, though he was a year too young, the owner saw too much potential in him and was prepared to look the other way. Josh was very impressionable at that age, and many of the guys that wrestled there were into some dark stuff, which Josh fell into so that he could feel more like part of the group. Josh got involved in a dark circle of drugs and alcohol while he worked there, and grew even further from his family. At this point, he was unable to do any sports in school and barely even showed up anymore. The only thing he did anymore was wrestle, and even then, he would use that as an excuse to take pain killers before and after shows. The only thing that could really bring him out of this darkness was his sister, who often hung out with him backstage, and who he stuck up for to the guys, who often made advances at her. Unfortunately, he couldn't always be there to protect her. One day, when he was doing a match, one of the guys got tired of being refused by Josh's sister. So, while she was watching from backstage, he grabbed her. This man beat his sister and did God knows what else to her. After Josh had finished his match, he heard that his sister was in the hospital. Then, he snapped, and began to attack all the guys backstage, not knowing which one had did this to her, but just knowing it was one of them. When he finally found out who it was, he attacked the man, injuring him so that he would never be able to wrestle again. Due to these actions, Josh was fired. After that, and with his sister in the hospital, Josh grew more depressed and secluded himself completely from the outside world. One day, he finally packed up and left, wandering away, not knowing where he was going, just knowing he could not stay. Eventually, he found his way to Delmor. There he began working on starting up an independent wrestling circuit of his own. Here, he also decided to carve out a new life, to make up for what he had done, he began trying to stop crime, wanting no one else to have to go through what he did. Knowing every victim was someone's brother, sister, son, daughter, mother, father, or something. Task 3.5: I HAVE THE POWAH!!!Primary Power: While Josh doesn't seem to display any real powers, his strength and athleticism are incredibly high. Secondary Power: While the source from this is unknown, his tolerance for pain is incredibly high, almost superhuman. Task 4: But She Had a Great Personality...Josh is very social and boisterous, he has never met a stranger. Josh also, despite his past, always seems incredibly happy. Josh is quite the narcissist, believing himself to be simply the greatest thing to ever walk the earth. He is also completely obsessed with pro wrestling. When bored, Josh tends to zone out, thinking about stuff he can do in wrestling, or just mess around, drumming on a nearby object or whatever he can do to avoid doing anything productive. When excited, Josh will jump around and flail his limbs about like a crazy person. When angry, Josh tends to go onto promo-like rants, acting as if he is ready for a fight, though he rarely does elevate to physical violence. Josh never seems to get nervous or worried about anything. Task 5: Don't Judge a Book by its Cover Josh stands in at 5'11", though he often rounds that up to 6', or more. He weighs in at 180 pound of, as he puts it, shear muscle. His normal outfits consist of baggy shirts, sports shirts, shorts or jeans, and very little else. He has blue eyes and blond hair that he obviously does not take too good care of. His wrestling attire is more over-the-top, he wears a jacket out to the ring, as well as white and gold wrestling shorts, his shoes are nothing too fancy, he also wears ridiculous sunglasses. When actually in the ring, he does not wear a shirt, or the sunglasses, obviously. His superhero attire is just as ridiculous and over-the-top. He doesn't wear a shirt, and just kind of improvised everything else on it. He kept with the white and gold color scheme and found a mask that covered his whole face, not really worrying about how strange it looked. Even though he doesn't fly, he loves to wear the cape, though is quick to abandon it in a fight.

Goals/Motives: Josh wants to prove himself as the greatest wrestler in the world. He also wants to protect the innocent whenever he can. Vices: Josh has struggled with various addictions in the past, and, even though he is too young, Josh has been known to drink and has also struggled with addictions to nicotine and tobacco. Other: Josh says that his best and most important skill is his great ability to improvise.

Task One: Character Idea I essentially wanted a ‘day’ character to counter my mysterious and brooding Sentinel character. Also, I wanted this character to have superpowers, since this is essentially a guild about super-powered people.
Task Two: A/S/L
Age: 22
Sex: Male
Name: Daniel “Dan” Gordon
Task Three: For better or worse, for good or for evil? Daniel led a relatively normal life in his childhood. He has two parents who are still together and a sister that is five years younger than him. Growing up in a strict religious household, Daniel was taught values and morals before he could walk. The first time he exhibited abilities was when his family went to Disney World when he was twelve. A during a ride, a seatbelt came loose and threw a little girl into the air, threatening to kill her with the terrible fall. However, Daniel was able to redirect the girl’s course so she fell into a body of water, therefore only sustaining minor injuries. Since then, Daniel practiced in secret with his power, eventually developing a way to fly by turning his telekinesis onto himself. All throughout high school Daniel used his telekinesis as a way of transportation and helping in the community, clandestinely, of course. College rolled around and he managed to adapt to that as well. Now he’s trying to make his way in the world, completely unaware of his true destiny.
Task Three Point Five: I HAVE THE POWAH!!!!
Primary Power: Telekinesis. He has the ability to move objects from a distance with his mind. This has many advantages, as he can lift cars and maybe even a bus with ease, along with creating shields and a blast of invisible energy.
Secondary Power: Flight. Using his telekinesis to lift himself, Daniel can fly at high speeds, but not too high; he doesn’t want his clothes to be ripped off.
Weakness: Headaches severely weaken him. A migraine leaves him totally powerless. Alcohol also affects him more than others for some reason.
Task Four: But she had a great personality… Daniel is a pretty easy-going guy. He likes to have fun on occasions, but not if it means breaking the law. He has a very strong since of justice and rights and wrongs. Also, the young man tries to help anyone who is in need, as he feels he is finally free to do so with his abilities.
Task Five: Don’t judge a book by its cover Daniel is tall at 6’2 with black, wavy hair. He keeps it short however, stating that when it grows out, ‘it looks like a huge poof-ball.’ Since he has his abilities to do a lot of tasks for him, he isn’t very muscular, but isn’t like a stick. Daniel’s light blue eyes are his most noticeable trait, as they almost ‘sparkle’ in the sunlight. His skin is fair, as his family is from up north where it’s cold… all of the time.
Task Six: Pulling it all into a profile
Name: Daniel Gordon AKA: Paladin (Eventually) Current Age: 22 Appearance: Daniel is tall at 6’2 with black, wavy hair. He keeps it short however, stating that when it grows out, ‘it looks like a huge poof-ball.’ Since he has his abilities to do a lot of tasks for him, he isn’t very muscular, but isn’t like a stick. Daniel (the good kid) always seems to attract the bad and rebellious girls.

Task 1: Character IdeaLooking around, I think we need a few more super-villains around here, and Joel's backstory set up for a pretty good one. While I hate to play my own arch rival, I wanted to bring in an evil character. Task 2: A/S/LHis actual name is Luke Russel, and his age is 21. However, he sometimes refers to himself as "Wrath" With varying ages, sometimes above 100. Task 3: For Better or for Worse, for Good or for Evil?Luke is the son of a soldier and a cop, with a brother 5 years younger than he is. He loved his brother and wanted to protect him, but eventually his brother left. His dad shipped out when Luke was only 10 years old and this crushed him, they were very close. This grew even worse three years later when Luke heard that his dad had been killed with no more information than that. When he was 16, his mother was also killed while on patrol, the criminal was never caught. Luke and his brother had no one to take care of them, so they were forced to live on the streets, where Luke observed the inhumanity that man showed towards his fellow man, and he tried to shelter his brother from this. Luke was broken by this, deciding that this world was corrupt, and there was no fighting that, so he embraced the corruption. He turned to a life of crime as the only means of support for himself and his brother. Luke only did this so that he could help support his brother, who fought him every step of the way into their descent into the darkness. During one theft, Luke found some strange object, a dark gem, for some reason, some force just didn't let him leave it or sell it, he had to keep it with him, at all times. While observing this gem during the planning of one of his heists, it disappeared, with no trace or explanation. One day, his brother struck out against Luke, saying it was because he resorted to murder, but that was only because it was a necessity. Luke attacked his brother, and accidentally threw him out a nearby window, this crushed him, thinking that he had killed his own brother. Luke was arrested that night and sent to prison. That night, something else strange happened, the dark gem he had stolen appeared, stuck in the back of his hand. From that day on, Luke began hearing voices, telling him to destroy. While he tended to avoid fights in the prison yard whenever possible, every time Luke had a cellmate that threatened him, he would black out, and awaken to find that cellmate dead. Luke began to notice a growing dark spot around the gem, but he never told anyone. One day when Luke blacked out, he awoke to find himself out of prison, he had no idea how. When he looked at his hand, it had demonic-looking claws, it had turned completely black. Drawn by a mysterious force, Luke found himself heading towards Delmor. There, the name and face of the voice he had been hearing for years was revealed, it was some dark mass that called itself Wrath, but order him to call it Master. Task 3.5 I HAVE THE POWAH!!!Primary Power: Through the dark gem in his hand, Luke can focus energy through various object to create items of varying size depending on the size of the focus point. These objects take on the appearance, but not always the qualities of the object, he cannot create a gun that can fire, but he can create a sword that is sharp, though does not always. Secondary Power: Through the dark gem alone, Luke can create a set of black wings that allow him to fly. Weakness: He can only sustain the object he creates for up to five minutes and has to have a focus point he can carry with him. He needs heavy focus to create the object, otherwise it could be flawed, or he could hurt himself by failing to create anything. For some reason, his powers are weakened in the sunlight, and, if he is in one of his fits of rage, sunlight will, for some reason, calm him. Task 4: But She Had a Great Personality...Luke is very secluded and anti-social, he does not like to speak with anyone unless he feels he can get something from them. Luke can be seen as crazy by most people, as he commonly goes around talking to himself, and acts as if someone is talking back, he refuses to let anyone interrupt during these times. Luke is very level-headed, though is prone to random outbursts of rage, where he will attack and possibly even kill someone. Luke detest killing, and usually even doesn't like fighting, however, sometimes he just seems to abandon this and will attack unprovoked. Luke is a master of deception, being able to keep a completely calm exterior and a straight face when telling even the most outlandish and ridiculous lies. Task 5: Don't Judge a Book by its Cover Luke is about 6 feet tall and weighs nearly 200 pounds, he is quite muscular, but is not all muscle. He wears a dark shirt and a torn jacked, usually putting the hood up when walking around town or other populated areas. He wears torn up jeans that suggest he has had them for years. He has black hair, and his left eye is blue, however his right eye is red. He usually wears a glove over his right hand, which is pitch black and has claws, which actually don't cut on their own. Task 6: Pulling it all Together in a ProfileName: Luke Russel AKA: The Demon, Wrath Current Age: 21 Appearance: Luke is about 6 feet tall and weighs nearly 200 pounds, he is quite muscular, but is not all muscle. (The avatar is a bit more of a visual approximation, not exactly how he looks.) Costume: He doesn't really have a costume, he just doesn't wear the glove. Sometimes he also removes the jacket, revealing that part of his arm is also pitch black like his hand. Primary Power: Through the dark gem in his hand, Luke can focus energy through various object to create items of varying size depending on the size of the focus point. These objects take on the appearance, but not always the qualities of the object, he cannot create a gun that can fire, but he can create a sword that is sharp, though does not always. You may use this character. You're right, we do need more villains. Are you sure you're into playing Luke? In task 1 you sounded hesitant.
My advice is always to play the type of character you want to play. If you think about playing a long-term character that your heart is not into, it can start to feel like a chore for yourself.

Oh, yeah, man, I like this character, I'm just hesitant to play my own arch-rival. But after thinking about it, I can do a lot more than that, he could be an excellent villain for anyone.
But this is definitely the type of character I like to play, I've got one of a similar design in another roleplay.
