1. You find a wallet lying on the ground. You pick it up and look inside. Inside, you find an ID. So, what do you plan to do with the wallet? Do you give it to the police, or try to find the owner? Do you keep it? Oh, I almost forgot to mention that inside the wallet there is quite a bit of money. I would mail the wallet, money intact, to the person on the ID.
2. You are waiting at a street corner for a green light. While waiting, you spot an elderly lady with a lot of bags. No one is going over to help her. Are you going to go help her, or will you ignore her? What will you do? I would most definatly help her with her bags.
3. Your friend is being attacked, you stand there and watch for a bit as your friend struggles against his or her foe. Well, are you going to help your friend? Are you to scared to do so? Do you stand there and watch in horror, or are you hoping that your friend will become injured? I would watch for a minute to see how they handled it and if they needed assistance I would be there.
4. Your friend is in trouble again. You know how you saw him or her fighting with someone, well whoever that someone works for has kidnapped your friend! You realize that no one has noticed that he or she is missing yet. What will you decide to do? Will you go after your friend and try to rescue him or her,or will you gather a group of close friends and go after him or her? Will you leave this matter alone or will you tell the headmaster? Maybe, just maybe you were the one who sold them out. No, that can't be it, can it? Terrified, I would go straight to the headmaster for help.
5. You are walking through what is considered to be a muggle forest. You look around and all you see are the normal muggle creatures, right? You spot something unusual on the ground near you. You take a step closer to the unknown object. To your surprise you find a mythical creature. You remember learning about them from someone, but at the moment you can't recall what you had learned. Anyway, you notice that there is blood around the mythical creature. Upon further inspection, you see that the mythical creature has a wound. You also know that the mythical creature is going to die. Now, you suppose what to do; you think about the choice you want to or do not want to make. So, it is up to you now, to decide what path you are going to choose. All I have left to say, is pick carefully. I try all I can to save it and I find others to help to save it.

If the ID is readable, then I suppose I will return it. Maybe the owner will reward me. However, if the ID is unreadable, I will keep the money. Mwahaha!
2. You are waiting at a street corner for a green light. While waiting, you spot an elderly lady with a lot of bags. No one is going over to help her. Are you going to go help her, or will you ignore her? What will you do?
I will definitely help her, unless she tries attacking me or something.
3. Your friend is being attacked, you stand there and watch for a bit as your friend struggles against his or her foe. Well, are you going to help your friend? Are you to scared to do so? Do you stand there and watch in horror, or are you hoping that your friend will become injured?
I will help my friend and kill the bad guy!

I will get a bunch of people to come with me to distract the kidnapper while I rescue my friend.

I think it is a unicorn, so I suppose I will try to use my magic to heal it. If I can't, I will let Dumbledore know.

I don't think I would like Hufflepuff because that house is a pansy. biggrin

2. You are waiting at a street corner for a green light. While waiting, you spot an elderly lady with a lot of bags. No one is going over to help her. Are you going to go help her, or will you ignore her? What will you do? I would maybe offer her a ride and help her get to where she needs to.
3. Your friend is being attacked, you stand there and watch for a bit as your friend struggles against his or her foe. Well, are you going to help your friend? Are you to scared to do so? Do you stand there and watch in horror, or are you hoping that your friend will become injured? I'd yell "COPS!" because generally people run if they're doing something wrong and think the police are coming. And if all else fails, by that point I'd probably have no choice but to jump in.
4. Your friend is in trouble again. You know how you saw him or her fighting with someone, well whoever that someone works for has kidnapped your friend! It's better to know that you might have someone to back you up in time of need than to go alone.

1. How much is quite a bit? I'd probably drop it off at lost and found and take ten bucks as a reward for finding it.
2. I'm ignoring her, I got yelled at for helping last time.
3. Are you kidding? My friend is the scary one doing all the damage, I'm trying not to laugh.
4. I need smarter friends. I'd get a posse and we'd ride out to rescue the kidnapped one. Stupid they may be, but my friends are still family.
5. No creature should suffer. If it is going to die it's best to put it down...and possibly harvest anything of use after it's dead.

Do you keep it? Oh, I almost forgot to mention that inside the wallet there is quite a bit of money. I would take the money and other items that would benefit me and put the wallet back on the ground, as if I never touched it. The owner will wander back and find it, eventually.
2. You are waiting at a street corner for a green light. While waiting, you spot an elderly lady with a lot of bags. No one is going over to help her. Are you going to go help her, or will you ignore her? What will you do? I wouldn't help her, unless it would benefit me to help her (like she would give me money for helping her or something).
3. Your friend is being attacked, you stand there and watch for a bit as your friend struggles against his or her foe. Well, are you going to help your friend? Are you to scared to do so? Do you stand there and watch in horror, or are you hoping that your friend will become injured? I wouldn't help my friend unless he/she was someone I really cared about. I would be scared to help. If anything, I'd probably run away and try to distance myself from the foe, just in case if the foe would want to hurt me.
It depends how long he/she was absent. If a considerable amount of time has passed and he/she has not been found, I would tell a professor or the headmaster. I would not try to rescue my friend, but I would try to find out where my friend went and who kidnapped him/her, just in case the person who kidnapped him/her would be someone who would want to hurt/kidnap me.
5. You are walking through what is considered to be a muggle forest. You look around and all you see are the normal muggle creatures, right? You spot something unusual on the ground near you. Now, you suppose what to do; you think about the choice you want to or do not want to make. So, it is up to you now, to decide what path you are going to choose. All I have left to say, is pick carefully. If the mythical creature is going to die, even if I try to help, then I wouldn't help because it would be a waste of effort. If me helping would help the creature, then maybe I would help. I most likely wouldn't because I wouldn't even know what to do to help the creature.
And it would depend on what type of creature it is. If it's an insecty-ugly-weird looking mythical creature, then probably not.

Hi Ginny! Your Sorting Hat Questions need to be posted in the Sorting Hat thread. The thread you posted in, The Read Me First Thread is for announcements by the staff!
No problem- I'm moving it from this thread to the Sorting Hat thread and owling you the directions for you to go to the Sorting Hat thread for further information to find out your House. Good Luck! http://www.gaiaonline.com/guilds/viewtopic.php?t=13271147 ginnyfan007 1. I would think that I do need the money but then look for the person myself to give them the wallet first before contacting the police. I would try to find some contact details and if all else fails hand it to the police and keep going back to check if its owner has turned up. I would not be able to keep any of the money. 2. You are waiting at a street corner for a green light. While waiting, you spot an elderly lady with a lot of bags. No one is going over to help her. Are you going to go help her, or will you ignore her? What will you do? If it looks like she is struggling then I would go and help her but if she looks like she is fine then I would just go on with my day but with a niggling feeling of guilt for the rest of the day if I did not. But if she was struggling I would hop out of my car and just hope the red light stays on for a bit longer. I would not think twice about going to help her if she needed it. 3. Your friend is being attacked, you stand there and watch for a bit as your friend struggles against his or her foe. Well, are you going to help your friend? Are you to scared to do so? Do you stand there and watch in horror, or are you hoping that your friend will become injured? Well even if I was scared I would not even need to think about it. I would help my friend and teach those enemies a lesson. I would not be understanding of anyone trying to harm a friend. 4. Your friend is in trouble again. You know how you saw him or her fighting with someone, well whoever that someone works for has kidnapped your friend! You realize that no one has noticed that he or she is missing yet. What will you decide to do? Will you go after your friend and try to rescue him or her, or will you gather a group of close friends and go after him or her? Will you leave this matter alone or will you tell the headmaster? Maybe, just maybe you were the one who sold them out. No, that can't be it, can it? Well I would gather some close friends to help me on my way . I think that more than one person would be of more help and then head straight out together, but I would go straight away to help my friend I might tell someone on the way to come help them as long as it would not slow me down. Now, you suppose what to do; you think about the choice you want to or do not want to make. So, it is up to you now, to decide what path you are going to choose. All I have left to say, is pick carefully. I would think about the knowledge I have of this creature and if this could help in any way then I would use what I knew to help the creature but if this did not help then I would do what I could, wrap up some wounds if this would help and move it somewhere safer then run for help of someone who could help, I would probably try to find out why a mythical creature was in a muggle forest anyway. 6. Which Hogwarts House do you NOT want to go to? 1. weigh my choices carefully. Then a wave of citizen-ship would wash over me and I'd turn it to the police. 2. First I would think, aww poor old lady having to carry all that. Then after a few moments the selfsame wave of citizanship would again wash over me and I'd go offer help. 3. I'd straight punch the attacker. Or if I couldn't do that, I would kick the foe, until the attention is on me, then I'd beat to crap out of the guy, Or at least attempt to. 4. I'd tell the headmaster/mistress. If they didn't do anything quick enough for me(like within a minute) I'd ditch and take the matter in my own hands. I'd get some other friends and got after my friend. 5. Well, it would depend on the creature really. If is was a... baby hippogriff, baby dragon, bow-truckle, baby unicorn ect., then I'd do all I can to save it. If it was some mean-er creature, like a blast-ended skweret(how do you spell them again??) or one of those mean giants, or ogre, or something equally feared and not liked, I'd still try to save it, but I wouldn't put in as much effort. (I probably would, because I wouldn't be able not not do all I can. I am a sensitive male.) 6. Uhhhh.... Slytherin. Perferably I'd be in Gryff. with my gf, but I'm okay with all the Houses.

I go and give it to the police, or if I find it in a shop, I'll take it to the til in case the person is still in the shop, so the store can put it in the lost and found.
2. You are waiting at a street corner for a green light. While waiting, you spot an elderly lady with a lot of bags. No one is going over to help her. Are you going to go help her, or will you ignore her? What will you do?
I would probably notice her struggling and sympathise, but I wouldn't go up and help her.

I am too scared to get involved but I would never hope that they got injured in the fight. I would try and talk to stop the fight, but not get involved in actually fighting.
4. Your friend is in trouble again. You know how you saw him or her fighting with someone, well whoever that someone works for has kidnapped your friend! I would try and contact someone from the wizarding world to let them know that there is an injured mythical creature in a muggle forest and that it needs treating and possibly moving.

I would ask anyone I saw and ask them if it was there wallet. If it wasn't anyone's, I would most likely take some, if not all, of the money if no one claimed it after a few hours.
2. You are waiting at a street corner for a green light. While waiting, you spot an elderly lady with a lot of bags. No one is going over to help her. Are you going to go help her, or will you ignore her? What will you do?
I would go over to her and ask if she wanted any help. If she said yes, I would gladly help her. If she declined, rudely or not, I would simply walk back to where I was without a second thought.
3. Your friend is being attacked, you stand there and watch for a bit as your friend struggles against his or her foe. Well, are you going to help your friend? Are you to scared to do so? Do you stand there and watch in horror, or are you hoping that your friend will become injured?[/red]
I would do whatever I could to help my friend, whether they wanted me to or not, and try my hardest to get them out of there alive.
4. Your friend is in trouble again. You know how you saw him or her fighting with someone, well whoever that someone works for has kidnapped your friend! I would gather all of my closest friends together and tell, if not order them, that so-and-so has gone missing and we need to help them. I wouldn't tell the headmaster anything; he might only get in the way.
5. You are walking through what is considered to be a muggle forest. You look around and all you see are the normal muggle creatures, right? You spot something unusual on the ground near you. I would put the mythical creature out of its misery. If it's going to die, it's going to die. There isn't much you can do about that. I might bury it so the muggles don't see it, as cruel as that sounds.
6. Which Hogwarts House do you NOT want to go to?
Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw. I just don't fancy them much.

1. Mmm. The ID will sell for even more money. I'd take everything out with my sleeves over my fingers and leave the wallet where it is. Unless I was surrounded by people. 2. I'd probably not even notice her in the first place. If she's holding me up, I'll probably get out and help real fast. 3. Attacked by what? Of course I'll help if it's something I can handle. A person counts as this, unless it's like Van Damme. I'm out if it's a Dementor and I'm a Muggle. 4. Looks like they'll need to learn the hard way. 5. If I can heal it, I will try. If not, I don't really know. 6. Hufflepuff.

Pineapple says:1. I would probably just stick it in a lost and found if there is one nearby... and of course I would take a little of the money since I'm practically broke. 2. I would help her whether she likes it or not. (I know that sounds kind of cruel but she is no longer struggling, now is she?) 3. I will help them fight against the foe as long as the attacker doesn't have someone help him too. Then, things would get difficult, and I would have to punch their nose into their brain. 4. I would tell my friends (I have a lot of them) to help me find so-and-so and bring her back from the kidnapper. I wouldn't tell an adult; they would probably just freak out and report to the police and that could just make a whole mess of things. 5. I would definitely clean the wound on the creature. Then of course, if it looks like it's in misery, then of course, I would have to take it out (if you know what I mean). Maybe bury it deep enough that no muggle will be able to find it. 6. Slytherin: I could never fit in with them, no matter how hard I try.

I would look around for the owner, but if I couldn't find it, I would give it to the police.
2. You are waiting at a street corner for a green light. While waiting, you spot an elderly lady with a lot of bags. No one is going over to help her. Are you going to go help her, or will you ignore her? What will you do?
I would ask if she wanted help.
3. Your friend is being attacked, you stand there and watch for a bit as your friend struggles against his or her foe. Well, are you going to help your friend? Are you to scared to do so? Do you stand there and watch in horror, or are you hoping that your friend will become injured?
I would join in the fight! xD
I would get my friends together and try to tell everyone we knew about my friend and see if anybody had seen where they had gone. If they hadn't, I would tell the Headmaster.
Honestly, I'd probably just leave it there and tell the Headmaster that there was a mythical creature in a muggle forest and leave it to him/her.
6. Which Hogwarts House do you NOT want to go to?
I don't really mind, they all have some good and bad traits. But if I had to choose one I wouldn't want, it would be Hufflepuff.

1. i would stand there contemplating weather to take the money or not, then finally decide to take it to the police ,the way i found it.
2.i would wait for the light to turn the rush to the old lady and help her carry her bags.
3.I'm a little scared to get into the fight but this is my friend,so i rush in not really thinking about what I'm going to do.(*in the end,we both come out OK *)
4.i would first get some help from friends and tell the head master. the best chances of getting my friend back are with numbers.not with trying to be the hero and going in by my-self.
5.i Neel down and inspect the wound, the creature groans and you start to mutter a spell to heal the animal.
6.Hufflepuff

First, I'd try to find the person who it belongs too. If that fails, I'd hand it over to the police.
2. You are waiting at a street corner for a green light. While waiting, you spot an elderly lady with a lot of bags. No one is going over to help her. Are you going to go help her, or will you ignore her? What will you do?
I help her of course. Carrying bags wouldn't be too hard for me to do, though I'd wonder why no one else is trying to help her.
3. Your friend is being attacked, you stand there and watch for a bit as your friend struggles against his or her foe. Well, are you going to help your friend? Are you to scared to do so? Do you stand there and watch in horror, or are you hoping that your friend will become injured?
I try my best to help them.
4. Your friend is in trouble again. You know how you saw him or her fighting with someone, well whoever that someone works for has kidnapped your friend! I would get a group of friends to go after them. Going alone clould be a suicide mission, you never know what could happen. I'd still tell the Headmaster, of course. He deserves to know what is going on.
5. You are walking through what is considered to be a muggle forest. You look around and all you see are the normal muggle creatures, right? You spot something unusual on the ground near you. If it was possible for me to find someone who could help it, I would try to find away to get there. If I couldn't, I would leave it. I might just make matters worse by trying to help it. Though it might be a dangerous creature, and since I don't remember anything about it, I would most likely leave it there, but I would feel horrible about it.
6. Which Hogwarts House do you NOT want to go to?
Seriously, there isn't any of the houses that I wouldn't want to go to. Each house has their positive aspects.
