MockaDash sulked as he said Unseated??? But why??? Vice-Captain... his expression suddenly changed to one of total disbelief Do you mean "the" Vice-Captain??? ME???????

Razil beamed at Mocka. He had been about to ask why the previous third seat had been discounted, but the words had stopped in his throat at Daven-Taicho's revelation.
"Congratulations Lieutenant, I will serve your old post well." Razil bowed to his new lieutenant, then turned back to Daven.
"Sir, is there anything that needs to be taken care of? I want to get a jump on any duties that I now have..."
And so the boy matures...slightly anyway...
Shut up you! I won't have you intruding into this when I am actually happy!
Alright, suit yourself. I was only congratulating you...but if you don't want my gift then fine, I will leave
Razil paused for a moment

The rasping voice faded, leaving Razil with his Squad-mates again.

Domo, Moto-sama! Mock said in cordial but vehement tone as he bowed his head, once more I will not disappoint you nor the Gotei 13!
The shinigami then turned to Razil with a warm smile on his face Congratulations to me??? I feel most honored!!! But look at you, Razil-san... From 10th seat directly to 3rd!!! That's quite an achievement!!!... Mock paused for a moment, as he scratched his chin...
Come to think of it... I never did spar with you!!!
I think it would be suitable if we have a sparring match right away, in order for me to appraise if you are worthy of, as you so well have put it, "serve my old post"!!!
MockaDash turned to Daven With your permission, of course, Daven-san! I know your judgment to be flawless! I really just want to fight this guy!!!!!... Unless you have more pressing matters for me to attend to!... Mock grinned...

Looking at Mocka from the corner of his eye, appraising his new superior.
"Thank you for the compliment, I would be glad to spar with you! Just name the place and time, I will be there." He regarded his captain again. "As long as the captain sees it fit to do so, of course."

I'll meet you at the Dojo, Razil-san... Unless you have another place in mind...
Mock then turned his attention to Daven I've never spent much time with Tadashi in this squad, and I've never seen him battle... But our paths have crossed before I had joined 1st division... So I have my opinion of him and his skills, based in what I've seen of him so far ...
What exactly do you want me to evaluate, Daven-san?

Mock closed his eyes and let out a sigh... He opened his eyes, facing Daven's, and started talking...
Like I said, I've never seen him battle, but I'm aware that his zanpakutou can mimic other zanpakutou's abilities to some extent... I'm not sure how it works, so I can't really define its advantages and disadvantages... On top of that, it all comes down to the way he fights! One must have a developed sense of improvisation and adaptability in order to use powers that he his not very familiar with, not to mention a great deal of reiatsu - I would presume - to handle those powers...
Even if his zanpakutou can copy an attack, that's far from what is needed to use it!... You need training and proficiency with the ability in question to effectively use it to its full potential!
I honestly don't know if he's a shinigami that's capable or not of putting his zanpakutou to good use, but if he is, that power can be devastating and give him a wide variety of combat responses to what an opponent might do to him...
He seems to me as a shrewd individual... Always resorting to gadgets and furtive tactics to gain an upper hand... He seems to like explosive devices... I believe he depends to much of them, and that, to me, is a weakness!
I can't really say much more, until I watch him fight myself...
As to his personality, the only thing I can say is that he can be pretty annoying when he wants too!!!...
Anything else, Daven-san???

Razil headed for the door, still buoyed by the recent promotion. Stopping at their words, he turned his head back.
"If I am being impertinent, you may ignore what I have to say. In my opinion, Tadashi is a strong fighter with advantageous abilities. However, he is very arrogant, and that is a serious weakness in my opinion. I did not want to voice this earlier, as I didn't want a conflict with him. I do respect him, I just think that his attitude might end up hurting him the long run. Tha is all, my apologies for putting in my two-cents."
With that, Razil stepped out into the afternoon air, smelling of grass and spring. He strode towards the butterfly gardens with a purposeful stride, mentally preparing himself for battle.

A large, purple Hell Butterfly floats on through a small portal that has the trademark signature of Kazi. The Butterfly is holding a scroll and drops it into the hands of Daven Moto. The scroll reads as follows;
Hello friend, it's Kazi... I recently decided that I was too old... Older even then Daven, and I realized that it is time for me to pass on. This scroll has a spell that will react to you pushing reiatsu into it in large quantities. Don't use it unless you or someone you care about is in a dangerous situation, and you need help, as you cannot do it yourself. I myself will find my way there, or someone will come in my place. Please, visit my resting place, and say farewell, for this may be the last time I will see you. Thank you and goodbye my friends.

A few knocks rang from Captain Daven's door. "Good day Captain Daven." Tadashi said outside the door. "I came as fast as I could after receiving the message. My apologies for any delay. Permission to enter?"
Tadashi's uniform was a bit wrinkled and not fastened correctly. He had ran from the training ground that where he had been helping Tenchi.

"Come in Tadashi." Daven waited until he was in and in front of his desk. Daven shuffled some papers around a bit and finally set them aside. He looked directly at Tadashi. "So, let me ask you, do you like it here in First Squad?"
