Scournful Egotist-7U creature type wizard, 1/1, with morph U.
Crappiest wizard ever but has potential. you play him face down as a 2/2 and when you want to mess them up they target it with any kind of spell you either flip it for U and you have another wizard on the feild for Nameless One, or they go oh damn i just waisted a spell.

At that point you can play any non land spell any time you can play an instant. so your opponent goes oh look i will play this spell, these 4 creatures, and this coat of arms. you say oh guess what at the end of your turn i play Dragonstorm for 6 dragons hitting the feild. or how many ever spells they played that turn. then if they didnt play a coat you drop a coat of arms your self for 5 then a Mass Hysteria and well guess what you have a lot of dragons that have haste and a crap load of boost from coat.

Even still its pretty useless in the long run i mean yea it has like A good card that makes it good but its still like one of the worst blue cards, next to Vizzerdrix. 6U 6/6. yea pretty pointless. oh well we can agree to disagree

Vizzerdrix+Followed Footsteps=A use for my bunny tokens (I found a game that had plastic rabbits and decided that they would be my tokens in every deck from then on)

rhesus krist Vizzerdrix+Followed Footsteps=A use for my bunny tokens (I found a game that had plastic rabbits and decided that they would be my tokens in every deck from then on) well i am personally fond of squirrels. so cute yet so damn many of them all at one time. im not saying bunnies are inferrior, im just saying that squirrels are better lol

(Dispersing Shield? the blue residue spell from Scourge) it counters a spell that costs the same amount or less then the highest converted mana cost you control, and guess what? that is, well, around 19/20 cards. as for the vizzerdrix, whats not to like? blue is notorious for having a little weakness in power, they make up for it in control, but what if the board is yours? (a pretty easy feat for the blue guy) so, drop a fatty and speed thigns up, its' especially important in multiplayer to be able to control one person and wipe them out fast enough to move to another player.

Wellwisher, I have a question.
Why does Orgg make your crappy cards list, while Vizzerdrix is apparently a "good" card (want to know a secret? IT ISN'T)? I mean really, Vizzerdrix is worse than Orgg because in its color there are so many more efficient win conditions for control decks that even have a relatively high cmc so that they work with dispersal shield (Teferi, Draining Whelk, Aeon Chronicler).
But to help contribute, here are some terrible cards:
Loxodon Heirarch-Eww, its two colors, and four mana for what is essentially a vanilla 4/4 and four life. Thats so terrible that I can't imagine it EVER being played.
Dark Confidant-It deals damage to yourself! It must be terrible!
Glittering Wish-It basically lets you run more copies of one card at the price of GW more. Thats just terrible, really, why would anyone want to have options at a slightly raised mana cost?
Foresee-Digging six cards? Thats just pathetic. And for four mana! I could never imagine running this in, say, a Tron deck or something, it would just be subpar compared to Train of Thought.
Phyrexian Arena-Same with Confidant, losing life is TERRIBLE! Never playable, anywhere.
Wrath of God/Damnation-It destroys your own creatures! Anything that negatively affects yourself must be a bad card.
Bogardan Hellkite-8 mana for a 5/5 flyer who gets to Lava Axe your opponent when it comes into play? This card is such crap. Even if you could tutor for it and play it for free or something it would never make a splash anywhere.
Flash-This card is NEGATIVE CARD ADVANTAGE! It clearly can't be used in any deck ever.
Gifts Ungiven-What a terrible card, it makes you essentially discard two cards! And it gives your opponent the choice of what to discard! Just pathetic, really.
Gush-It makes you return your own lands to your hand for marginal effect. This card would be TERRIBLE with Psychatog or something, and especially in storm-based combo.

wellwisher as for the vizzerdrix, whats not to like?. Are.............You...................Kidding......................... Here's what's not to like: 1) it costs 7 mana. What respectable blue deck is going to tap 7 mana on its own turn to cast something that doesn't win the game. 2) It's only a 6/6. It has no abilities at all. So, it dies to any removal at all, because you tapped out to play it. I'd rather play ......Jushi Apprentice...because it actually helps the control strategy at a mana cost of 5 less. 3) It costs 7 mana 4) It's only a 6/6 On to the egotist. 1) It's a 1/1 2) If you're playing those bad spells based of cmc you're losing anyway. 3) It dies to anything in response to your stupid spell based off of cmc. 4) It's only a 1/1 5)If you're playing those bad spells based of cmc you're losing anyway. 6)It dies to anything in response to your stupid spell based off of cmc. Now try to tell me why either of those cards is any good rolleyes
