Anyway.. Russian and French for me.
And.. I really really really love British Accent. 4laugh I'm from South East England so I have a British accent smile (but personally I find it very plain and normal because everyone around me talks like that) Heehee.. Of course, that's how it goes.
I just melt when I hear those pretty accents of you people! redface
British people I totally love: Robert Plant, Jimmy Page & Jason Isaacs.. etc.. whee

Someone was wondering what Finnish sounds like. Well to say the least it's not pretty. Nowhere near Quenya, for which Tolkien studied Finnish for. No, Finnish is kind of a rough language. Lots of hard R:s and K:s.
Also, we have some of the most ugly wayst to say "I love you." Really, it sounds awful.
I think the most beautiful language must be Icelandic or French.

Joossy I like spanish and finnish...and french too...but as it's my first language, i don't know how all the strangers are feeling when they hear somebody speaking french... It's magic... Imagine listening to a singer with the most beautiful voice in the world singing a soft, beautiful melody. The song seems at the same time both fast and slow, both sad and happy. You love the sound so much that your heart starts beating faster, and you suddenly become very happy. Then you addicted to the sound, so much that you'll do anything just to hear it one more time. That is exactly how I feel every time that I listen to something in French. heart

I think German is cool , and Russian is pretty . Russian makes speakers sound like they're telling a joke even they're dead serious. As for pretty languages in general, it's about the languages sounding melodious or rhytmic. While melodious languages sound pretty, Rhytmic languages don't.They give listeners a sense of regularity instead , which sometimes makes them feel that the language is rather easy to learn.

I think Spanish is the prettiest language. It just sounds so pretty when you hear it in a song.

(NW) But yeah, I have a British accent too, except when speaking to people from Southern England they sound weird too me and they're like 'what's with your accent?', whilst I'm wondering the same thing about them.
