((It's fine; I've just started college last Friday, so it'll be a new experience for me and thus I"m not sure how long I'd spend on Gaia comapred to the summer. Of course, I spent forever on here in the summer. xd ))

Melody also moved out of the way, seeing the demon Strake rush off rather fast. Strange, why was he in such a hurry? Must be a demon thing or something. The angel followed Sarah to the front door, and turned to see Zack awake.

As much as she wanted to run to him, two things pervented such; 1) Her appearance, for Zack didn't seem to do well with blood. 2) He was probablly still rattled about the whole thing, so might as well let him eat in peace. She followed Sarah as tehy both went out the door, hearing the sounds of the boys talking about food behind them as they were now exposed to the warm summer night.

"Gah, that Strake, with his stomach sickness, that boy will never learn to slow down." Katie said while putting more sushi onto her plate.

Hmm...oh there's the bathroom! Okay, so just gotta wait a few minutes than flush a few time and they should think that I was vomiting...what to do in the meen time. Strake thought as he located the bathroom then closed then locked the door just incase somebody came up.

((Come on people, don't let this RP die before Strake does, I finnally figured out how to kill him, good thing I got bored and reread the first page, I caught something that I missed before. btw I'm losing interenet August 31, but I get it back September 6th, but I still wanna kill Strake since I already thought of a way how to.))

((At least you can now kill him the way you want to. When my computer stopped being made of fail; i was going to kill him with a lady bug...o.O I know you said not to, but I had just the thing!

Anyway, so yeah...computer was being made of FAIL! But I'm back now...and Grats! SoraKitty on being in college! And I was also sorta waiting to see if TMD would post at all, but seeing as how he didn't, I'll just throw something out there.))

Sarah sighed as they both walked outside and she closed the front door. It felt so good to be outside again; it was getting fairly stuffy inside, she'd realized now she had a chance to breathe in the fresh air.

Looking at Melody, she suddenly thought about how the whole 'flying to sarah's house' was going to work. Melody didn't look like she was the type who'd be able to carry a fully grown human being such as Sarah. Not that Sarah was big or anything, she was quite petite, but still. Her house was about a half a mile further down the road.

"Well, should we get going then? We can take the van, unless you really think you're up for flying there."

((I don't remember what time it was, I'm gonna guess late evening by the way things were going that sounds about right)

Strake flew out the window landing only a few meters in front of Sarah and Melody in a very awkward position.

"Erm...thought I'd just drop in, see how you two were doing." Strake said as he corrected the position of his body and stood up.

"Always with the Jokes Strake?! Why can't you be serious for once in your life." As the last words reached Strake's ears he saw a black being with the wings of an angel, but flew like a demon. The voice was very cold and serious, the exact opposite of Strake's really. "You fail to recognize me?! What if I come closer for you to see." The dark figure moved in towards Strake and landed on Sarah and Katie's right, which was Strake's left. In the dim light of the fleeting sun it was obvious that this creature was an angel, but his coloring was incorrect as well as his stance. The angel had black wings and maneuvered them like bat wings. Most angels wore white robes, his robe was a dark blue color, with blood splashed onto it. The angel's hard was a dark blue as well, and fashioned in the same way as Strake's, infact the angel was identical to Strake other than it's clothing, coloring, and the fact it was an angel. Eye color was indistinguishable at this moment due to the lighting.

"You're a fallen angel, big whoop, fallen angels are idiots in my book." Strake said very unimpressed and not noticing that the angel was identical to him, and had his exact opposite personallity.

"I'm not any fallen angel, I am Dart, but you could thing of me as your counterpart angel." The cold voice said almost happily, he looked up for a moment and blue eyes were very visible and seemed to almost glow. A rock casing came up around Strake.

"I thought you were dead." Strake said from behind the rock casing. There was slight rumbling than silence.

"No, I wasn't, but you will be soon." Dart said, demonically pleased, although he was an angel his powers were very demonic, and even more than demonic, they were more evil than your average bear((needed to get that out, sorry, couldn't think of an analogy)).

The rocks burst open, flying outwards in all direction. in the middle was a Skeletal like figure, wearing tight black leathery clothing, with a cloth vest thing. It's left arm was abnormally long and seemed...electric. It's eyes were a very striking red color. There was a sword on it's side, a black hat on his head, and a raven on it's shoulder. "Fly away Sparky." Strake said to his bird in a hushed tone. "Now let's get down to business you wretched angel, I really do not have the time for you, I don't care who you are." The creature said in a harsh impatient voice.

"Strake I only wanted to help out the demonic elites, but I see you don't work with them anymore, what happened to your father by the way." Dart said in a taunting voice.

"I've had enough of your nonsense." Strake said looking down at his hand. He charged towards Dart, took out his blade and slashed it through what he thought was Dart.

"Made you look." Dart flying down from the sky with Sparky in his hand. "Look at that I crushed every bone in his body, but he won't die, the poor thing. He must be suffering so much pain right now." Dart said crushing the defenseless raven in his hands.

Strake jumped up his pendant glowing brightly and slashed at Dart only to hit Sparky. "Errh." Strake grunted trying to hold in the pain he felt from Sparky.

"You really don't like Sparky anymore huh? Here you can have him back." Dart said dropping him from his hand, watching as it fell.

"Someone else will get him." Strake said grabbing Dart's face with his shock hand and slicing Dart in half with his sword. Two halves of a body fell, with a bright glowing light above them. Strake's pendant was confused at which soul to absorb and took the cleanest soul, which was Strake's. The shining stopped and Strake's body fell to the ground, completely empty. The pendant was cracked by the fall.

((Eh good enough, not what I planned but I got lazy, btw Sparky is still alive, because Strake didn't technically die. I suggest somebody catches him, he needs to be alive for Strake to come back, and Strake's body is still alive, his soul is just gone.))

((what happened to Dart? o_O *confused*
Oh, and sorry for disappearing. I've been checking on the thread now and then, but there really wasn't anything for Amadeus to do. So I figured it was better to have him remain silent and waiting rather than have me posting really crappy, useless stuff.))

Amadeus had sensed another being enter the building. Another... angelic being. However, it was tainted to the point where it could only technically be called an angel. A fallen angel, most likely. And the angel was next to two of the human girls. Not a good thing. At all. Amadeus summoned his Light Sword, held it at the ready, and dashed outside, only to see that combat had already taken place between the Hell Angel and the Strake. He saw a black mass of feathers falling down from the sky and realized that it was a bird. Amadeus flew up, met the crumpled mass in midair, and caught it. He landed again, bird in hand, and walked over to Sarah and Katie.

"This isn't a safe place for you two. We should go back inside. Father Charles may be old, but he is very powerful, and quite capable of protecting you from whatever it was that attacked Strake. I don't see anything right now, but I sense that the hellion isn't far off. Quickly."

He motioned for the two of them to go inside, knowing that at least Sarah could see and hear him. It wasn't safe out here. While Amadeus didn't like Strake, he knew that the demon was a capable fighter, and if the angel had taken him out this quickly...

They needed to get back inside with Charles.

((Dart's face was electricuted by Strake's hand and cut in half, he died perished to an abyss or something, whatever happens to fallen angels who died. His body is still laying on the ground, Strake is alive, to a normal person it would appear he was in a coma, Oh and for some reason Katie now has sight, or the battle would have looked odd, Sparky floating and being squished by air and falling suddenly, a random light, rocks, two halves of an angels body. Strake's soulessness somehow affected her.))

"Umm, well I think it's over, two halves of a body flew down from the sky, err looks like that Dart fellow." Katie said looking at the face of Dart's dead body. "And Strake seems to be unconsious...his heart is still beating." Katie said moving over to Strake's souless body. "We should take him inside make sure he's okay...I just realised, STRAKE'S A DEMON!" Katie was rather slow and took a while to realize something, seeing Strake's corpse on the ground is actually what made her realize this, not the fact he was flying, or he looked completely different when he came out from the rock, if was that she saw the body of a demon with only small features that resembled Strake, and that pendant he always carried.

((Wow, that was fairly epic of a battle there. biggrin
I’m confused now though; you said you’re getting your internet back, though still wanna kill Strake off. Are you still planning to RP here, or are you going with the coma thing, or makign another character to use for awhile, or what?

You’ve inspired me for combact post now; I gotta bring Sotan back!

@Tan: It’s ok; I hadn’t’ really had time til now to really look at this thread since I started community college. When I come up here I usually multitask, so I wanted to wait til I had time to make a good post. XD

@numbah: Thanks; it’s not too bad so far, and it helps that I don‘t need a dorm yet, so I can still stay at home. XD

Oh yeah, Charles time! He won’t die though don’t worry, not yet. If he dies now, Zack is kinda screwed cause he’ll still be lost. XD))

Melody had no time to express words as Strake suddenly appeared, followed by another individual. She recognized the overall fact of what he was; a fallen angel. They varied; some were on God’s side, and some were not (and those were to be avoided and kept away from). It was obvious that he was in no favor of God, and a battle suddenly began. Rocks flew everywhere at one point, and kinda freaky to watch. But what confused her was……..who was the boy’s father, and why was he being mentioned?

The angel watched as the boy appeared to be somehow connected to the bird, for it wasn’t till then did Strake actually show the smallest signs of panic. But it ended rather brutally; Strake slashed the man in half and his pendant suddenly began to glow, but then stopped abruptly and Strake fell to the ground, looking unconscious.

After Kaite spoke, suddenly, one could hear clapping as a figure slowly made it’s way from……..was that a portal? A reddish disgusting looking circle, almost as if bleeding opened vertically, as a man stepped out of it. A man with long back hair, not in any sort of ponytail, his complexion smooth, slightly pale. He wore what appeared to be a long strip of black cloth around his eye, the other a yellow color. He wore a deep blue jacket with a yellow shirt underneath, with black long yet fitting pants and black boots, a cape adorning his shoulders.

“Very good; we’ve finally figured it out, young lady?” he asked, his voice although not angry, his tone had a element that would send a chill down your spine. He looked down at the boy Strake and shook his head.

“Pity pity; I told him that necklace was useless, and now look where it’s got him.” he said, before turning to the group, which at the moment consisted of three girls and an angel. Sotan’s eye, however, rested upon the one that was obviously the angel…..and a mess at the moment. His smile curled into a grin, showing two pointy teeth.

“Ah, you again, and looking, lovely this evening. You seem to be a better angel than I thought…………or should I say, were a better angel?” he asked with a chuckle, looking towards the others.

Melody only glared at him coldly, her eyes focusing her hatred on him, a low strange growl emitting from her throat. “Leave them out of this.” she said, as she notice him glance about.

“Awww, must you give me that face, sweetheart? I can assure you that there are better ways of solving this problem.” he said, almost in a mocking tone, as he took a few steps closer.

“Must you cause more trouble than you already have, Sotan?”
Sotan stopped as the door opened and Charles appeared, his joyful comedic expression far gone from his face as he looked at Sotan. “I would figure the festival would’ve been enough for you.”

Sotan stopped and stared for a moment, before a large grin came onto his face, a bit surprised, as he took a moment to laugh manically. “HAHAHAHA! Well well wellllllll, if it isn’t old Cheeky Charles the Superb! How long has it been now; 30 or 40 years? Now I see why she survived without getting hit by a truck; honestly, why does the old bag pick out the most stupid people for the most important jobs? She doesn‘t even realize her potential, nor has had the training. I swear, your leader has a odd mind.” he said, glancing at the angel girl again, and chuckled.

Charles said nothing, but his eyes flashed a quick millisecond of panic; so he knew the truth, this wasn’t good. “You can’t judge a book by it’s cover; you out of all people should know that.” he answered calmly, before he walked casually enough so he was between them. “Now, we have two options. Either you remove yourself from this premises this instant, or I will have no choice but to use force.” he said.

“Don’t YOU sound confident; not the man I used to remember….” he murmured, the last part to himself, before looking at them again in one great sweep, before giving a sigh. As strong as the man was, Priest Charles was more powerful, unless he was surprised. Sotan himself had lost that element, so best to pack up and try again another day.

“As you wish, but I warn thee; I am not one to be messed with, and the hour WILL come where I am King of both the Heavens and the Hell below. You‘ve seen what happens to those who mess with me.” he answered and nodded to Strake AND Dart, before the portal came open again, and he walked towards it. He stopped, and looked at them all again, memorizing faces, attributes, possible strengths and weaknesses.

“And fix your hair, darling; it’s a absolute mess. I suggest conditoner as well.” he added to Melody, before he and the portal disappeared.

Charles sighed. “Best to get back in the house; the area still might not be safe.” he said to the group, still serious, before looking out at the sky for a moment, pondering on past memories only he knew.

This encounter left Melody confused, a bit insulted, and a tad creeped out. Just..........what did he mean by all that? How did he plan to become King of both; surely God will smite him before such a occurance could happen!
..................................................
But then......why did the Holy One look worried?

Amadeus rolled his eyes and sighed. "This is what happens when you don't trust an angel's instinct." He muttered. "I'd said we should get back inside. I'd said it was still dangerous out here. But, of course, they needed physical proof before they were persuaded to follow my advice." No one else heard his small rant. It was meant only for himself. Because, even though it made him sound like he was mad at Melody and the other two, he was actually embarrassed. It was his job to keep them safe, and had it not been for Charles, he probably would have failed.

Though, what could he have done? He'd told them they needed to go inside, and do it quickly. He did not have the power to physically make them walk inside. But still, he believed that some way, somehow, it was his fault that they had almost been killed by Sotan, even if it was entirely untrue. A residual effect from the loss of his first charge, perhaps? Yes, that was most likely, though Amadeus would never admit it.

((Take note that Strake isn't dead, and there is still Katie))

Katie's head came up. "So Strake is a demon, Dart was his alter ego, If the angel was evil than that would mean that Strake wasn't evil? An evil angel and a good demon? That makes no sense to me, why was Strake disguised as a human? Is he not liked by the other demons?" Katie was rather calm. "Well let's get Strake inside, because he's still alive, just unconscious." Katie suggested grabbing his arms, expecting somebody to come and grab his legs.

Sarah stood there, dumbfounded. First, this Dart...and then, some Sotan...Both obviously evil, and not the usual evil she was used to: politics, poachers, communists. No, this feeling of evil was the kind she of evil she would read in books, or see in movies. Never, in her dizziest day dreams would she expect to enouncter a real demon or fallen angel.

The meeting with Sotan left her unable to move, staring at the spot where Sotan disappeared. She was unable to comprehend anything that the others were saying, or if they were even there. The color had run from her face, and she was terrified. There was no way she would be able to stomach moving right now. The "death" of Strake was enough to make her faint again, maybe even vomit, but the sight of Sotan caused everything to stop working, and now that he was gone, she wasn't sure if she could trust herself.
~~
Zack wasn't oblivious to the priest leaving the room, like the others were. Something must've happened out there, and he could feel the curioius side getting the better of him. He ignored his hunger, and set the plate of food down on the table in front of him. Making a little excuse of needing to use the restroom, he stood up and walked towards the outside door, the other guys not paying attention.

What was he expecting to see, as he grabbed hold of the door handle. He suddenly felt a sickness in his stomach. Not the sickness that would make one vomit, but the kind of sickness that told a person that whatever it was that they were about to do was a bad idea; kind of like a human's sixth sense that wasn't always right.

Taking a deep breath, he opened the door and he stepped outside, just in time to see Sotan disappear. Seeing Strake on the ground seemed to wake sleeping muscles, and he darted out to the group.

"What the hell happened out here?" he practically shouted. He rushed to Katie's aid, helping her lift Strake. "What happened to him?" He looked at Charles, and caught a glimpse of Sarah. "What happened to her?" He suddenly became angry at the lack of answers, though it wasn't their fault; he didn't give them any time to answer. "What's going on?"

((wewt, zack is angry again... sweatdrop I swear it isn't an ongoing thing. whee ))

Amadeus glided over to Zack and landed gently beside him. It wasn't uncommon for the sight of a demonic hellion to set someone into an emotional frenzy. A demon's main power over the human's of earth was fear, and they had become rather adept at utilizing it. A lack of emotional clarity, however, never led to anything good. And considering how Sarah was already in a fragile state... Amadeus decided it must be stopped at once.

"Before any of your questions are answered, my friend..." Amadeus said gently, laying a soothing arm around Zack's shoulders, "You need..." He closed his eyes and began to channel his soothing Touch into Zack's emotions. "... to calm down."

Calming someone usually didn't take very long. However, part of that was due to the fact that most people could neither see nor feel Amadeus's presence. They simply began to calm down, little by little, inch by inch. Someone with Sight (Zack), however, could see and feel Amadeus, and know he was being manipulated.

'Don't resist.' Amadeus attempted to persuade Zack's center for rational thought. 'You MUST calm down... the situation at hand is too shaky for irrational behavior, Zack.'

Obviously, Amadeus didn't have the ability to possess Zack and force him to calm down. He only had the power to suggest this to Zack, and to flood Zack's subconcious with soothing thoughts and memories. This was one of the angelic abilities that Amadeus favored more heavily than his others, as it was a rather passive-agressive way of resolving a tense situation. It had saved human lives more than once, to be sure.

He just hoped that it would also work in this situation with Zack.

((If you've ever seen the movie "City of Angels" with Nicholas Cage, Amadeus's Soothing Touch is kind've like the ability the two main angels used in the liquor store during the store robbery to stop the jumpy criminal from accidentally shooting the cashier.))
PostPosted: Thu Sep 04, 2008 4:38 pm

((Aw, poor Zack. Well, he's going through alot. xd ))

Melody looked about her at all the different emotions that just one appearance of a outsider had made. Zack had come out again and, to her personal dismay, the boy was angry again. Ever since she actually appeared, he always seemed angry now; she wondered why that was.

Turning to the one beside her, Melody now noticed that Sarah was strangely still, her body not moving but just staring at the same spot; it reminded the angel of a toy doll, posed to be standing up without any support behind her like some dolls have. Kaite was beyond confused, and now was trying to pick up the unconsious Strake. The Holy one was still staring up at the sky, saying nothing, but looking as if he were watching the clouds in deep neutral thought, though part of her could sense anger in something.....but what? Oh, it was no use.

About to go to Zack to perhaps try to comfort him, Amadeus seemed to get there first, and was attempting to use some techinque to calm him. She'd seen it before once or twice, but it was a power rarely used unless there was some sort of heated arguement, even in the heavens. Suddenly remembering her appearance, she realized that perhaps it wasn't safe to go near him now anyways. While part of her wanted to help Strake, she noticed that Sarah had still not moved.

"Miss Sarah? Are you alright?" she asked her.

".......I'll be back momentarly. Try to get inside if you can." he answered as he walked off into a part of the woods, the same spot where he had earlier sat with the sparkling figure.

As he leaned against a tree, he pulled out what looked to be a bag of some sort of powder. Taking some out and throwing it onto the ground, he murmured a name: "Mirvada, come forth."

If it were not for the tree cover, a bright orb suddenly arose from the circle of sparkles, as if another portal. From this portal, a figure rose forth. It was an angel, tall and beautiful. her hair was long and golden, as if made out of the finest jewels ever created, that reached down to her ankles. She bore two white wings, although not pearly white, instead with a tint of gold mixed into a few feathers. She was wrapped about a giant rose-colored orb, currently using that, as well as a few ankles and a gold cross necklace, as her only source of cover. Her eyes remained closed as she began to speak, her voice mystical and far-off sounding.

"Like the stars above that slowly crawl to the sky and then appear, and the golden sunset suddenly repainted with the dark of night, you call upon me in a time of need. Upon the time of the beginning of the change of the ages."

As she opened her eyes, they were a bright gold, almost empty looking, no shines within the eyes.

"It has been a long time, old friend; I was wondering when in this situation you would call upon me, Charles."

"Good to see you too, Mirvada; poetic as usual." he answered with a sigh, keeping his eyes on the ground, almost as if in shame of himself. A holy figure was indeed before him, but that wasn't the only reason; a burden of the past seemed to way on him like heavy stones.

"Do you worry for the company in which you are protecting? Or perhaps worry for the lack of strength of the Chosen Angel against the powers of Sotan? Or perhaps.........you worry about your own strength in order to protect them all?" she asked, turning her head a bit in curiousity, though her tone the same mystical sound, as if talking to an Oracle.

"As usual, you read my mind; all of the above really." he sighed. "I'm not quite sure just how much longer my time upon this earth will be; if I leave here too early, it could put everyone at risk. But I don't know when this is. There's so much to teach those two in so little time......if only I could just figure it all out without having to rush."

"It is natural to worry about death, but impossible to look upon the clock of one's life; but the question at hand is, do you believe that you can do this alone? You are carrying quite a bit of weight on your shoulders to deal with this by yourself."

"I'm not sure what I can do at this point to help them; Zack is still angry at this entire situation, and Melody seems scared to drift to him now. Until I can get the two at least two feet near each other, this won't work out well at all. Perhaps I've been going about this all wrong-."

She blinked, her wings fluttering a bit, and moved her feet so they crossed over each other, looking at him curiously again. "Perhaps the problem is, you are moving away from the main problem. There's something on your mind that has nothing to do with those two at all.

What is it, Charles? Something is holding you back."

((Woot, new character! Had to do it; she'll be important as we move on, and as to why will come up eventually. xd ))

Zack held onto Strake's feet, but didn't move, keeping his gaze straight ahead as Amadeus' voice penetrated his mind. He could feel his nerves calm down, though he was really unsure as to how and why. The power of which the angel was using caused Zack to breathe deeply for a moment, rethinking his reactions. Closing his eyes, he took one final breath, and lifted Strake's feet higher.

"We need to get him inside." His voice was low, filled with minor anger, still, but he wasn't willing to snap at anyone.

He was just so confused as to why his day had to turn out like this. It began perfect; blueberry muffins, the excitement of the concert. The concert was fine, until he was knocked down by Melody. He still wanted to talk to her about what happened all those years ago, and why she kept her distance and hid from him until now.

He glanced at Sarah, and noted that she hadn't moved an inch, and the priest had walked into the trees. She was pale, and not listening to Melody. Something happened out here, and he still wanted to know what, but if he had to wait until they all went inside, then that was fine, but he still wanted to know what.
PostPosted: Fri Sep 05, 2008 4:27 pm

Amadeus smiled as he saw Zack visibly calm down. It was good that the young man trusted the angel enough not to resist. It made Amadeus's job a lot easier. He let go of Zack and took a step back. "Thank you for listening to the voice of reason. This situation requires logic, and not passion. Don't worry about Sarah just yet. I'll see what I can do to pull her out of her... reverie. Just get Katie and Strake inside." He gently patted Zack on the shoulder. "All things considered, friend... you've taken the day's events rather well. It's not easy to learn all at once that Heaven and Hell exist, and that the former is trying to kill you while the latter has been watching over you all your life. Get inside and have a seat. Melody, Sarah and I will follow you shortly... if I can get Sarah to move."

He left the two humans to deal with the demon and jogged over to Melody, who was trying to help Sarah. The first thing that came to Amadeus's mind was that Sarah was in shock. This was probably the case, considering she had witnessed a battle between Strake and a fallen angel, and then the arrival of one of the most hellish daemons in existence. A calming touch would do nothing here. But... a simple, ordinary touch might help. Gently, Amadeus brushed Sarah's hand with his own, rubbing her wrist lightly with his thumb. He wasn't flirting with Sarah... merely trying to bring her mind out of the labyrinth of her thoughts and back to the real world.

"Sarah... can you move, Sarah? We need to get you inside. If you'd like, you can lie down and rest. But we can't stay out here." His voice was as gentle as his touch, trying to quietly and smoothly coax Sarah out of her shock.

((Correct me if I'm mistaken... Sarah can see angels, yes?))

((Yeah, she can.))

Melody noted that whatever techique Amadeus had used, it had worked slightly to calm Zack down. Following Amadeus's orders, she made her way back inside with the others, constantly looking back at Sarah til Melody herself was inside the house.

It was strange to come back in, and see the other two still pigging out. Humans were very strange on what they picked up on sometimes.

"You know perfectly well what's doing such." Charles answered, a bit on edge now, as if with something you purposely try to slide aside or put off.

"So I do.....it is not something that merely fades away until it is no longer seen, no longer remembered by the mind of God." she thought for a moment, before closing her eyes for a moment in thought.

"Perhaps you cannot do this alone; it is too much stress for one mortal alone to conquer, and many people just for one to watch. Perhaps you would like some assistance?"

"As lovely as that'd be, I have not a clue who would want to get involved in such a mess; it could mean life or death for alot of people here-"

The woman giggled a bit, cutting him off. "That's not what I meant at all." she answered, before reaching a hand to place ontop the orb. The arm moved about a bit, as if drawing pattersn onto it or giving some sort of command, before her hand retracted from the rose-colored globe.

Suddenly, her body was absorbed into it, and it began to spin, her words echoing a bit into the forest.

"Father in Heaven, I ask thee to give me the strength needed to perserve the innocence of the land, to uplift the weak, to help the strong, and to care for all. In the name of the Father, teh Son, and the Holy Spirit: Amen."

The orb disappeared into a flash of light, as a figure now floated down to the ground.

It was Mirvada, although now clothed with a light bule long-sleeved shirt, wrapped about with gold sash, and a dark blue long skirt that reached to the ground. Her feet bore sandels, her hair still down and golden, her eyes still a golden color. Her wings were gone for the moment, but her jewelry still remained. She smiled a bit and looked at a tree, examining it curiously, pulling out a pair of glasses and putting them on her face.

Charles could only stare for a moment. "Y-You're human-!"

"Exactly; did you think He would leave you here all alone? The girl has much to learn, but the fault is not hers of her lackings. The humans need more comfort as well, the angels a guide to look upon. God asked me to come down to you; he knew you'd use that powder sometime tonight." she answered, but was soon pulled into an embrace of....Charles himself.

"Charles? You sure the past still isn't in your soul?" she asked her old friend, her voice a normal tone.

"I'm alright, really! Just de ja vu setting in." he answered quickly, and let her go. She still looked so young; she hadn't aged a bit.....

"Then let's attend to the others." she answered, obviously no-play at the moment, given the job of hers. She moved foward, her skirt trailing the ground, her eyes still with the usual empty shineless look about them.

She noticed the first angel she saw was......well, if it wasn't Amadeus! As head of the Angels Society (so, pretty much head of all the Wise Angels, almost of Royal status), she was trained to know each of their names and pasts. He seemed to be attending to a young lady right at the moment ,who looked to be in shock from something.

"How long has she been in shock, and from what?" she asked suddenly to the boy.
