Liah was getting very passionate about what she was saying. Jason believed in relying on himself for things while Liah's whole ability was based on relying on others. "That isn't true!" She said heatedly, her voice raising as much as she dared. "Being with friends and having them help you only makes you stronger! If you go about doing things on your own, you'll never know how helpful companions can be!" She she spoke, Asteria flew down, looking to land on Liah's arm. Liah held up the leather protected glove and allowed Asteria to land. She stroked her companions feathers. "And it's not just them helping you, it's rewarding to help someone else in need as well. We can be strong together. More so than if we stand alone." Her voice was softer now, more compassionate. Asteria chirped as Liah worked on catching up to Ramiel.

Gia followed where Ramiel went while her left hand kept over the burns of her right hand. The feathers of her silver wings seemed to flow slightly down from her back as she looked at Jason. "No one should live their life alone. Isolation will lead you to being truly alone, I know this to be true." Her words held a tone that spoke of something she hid. Gia probably meant that maybe she knew something about being alone, except for the few people on the island where she lived. The ones there only associated with her when they wanted the coin that she could provide. Gia didn't return the cape to her shoulders, nor hide her wings because she would place her trust in these people. Human she may be, but her blood had been changed for a long time to something that was different for a long time. Eyes faced in the direction that Ramiel was leading them, "I suspect...there might be more left still to do here. The stench is strong still in this place." That was her comment to Ramiel as her hand would come away from her right arm. The burns had become minimal now, but now they were to the least of her concern as she would hold her long sword in both hands.

Zen was speechless to what Jason had said. The only thing Zen could say was, "How could he have known?"
Zen had done his best. He had been so careful to hide what he truly was. And now, Jason knew the truth. Zen feared this because, what if the others found out as well. They wouldn't see him as Zen, the fighter and friend. They would see him as Zen, a monsterous dragon. It had been the same with a few other humans that Zen had once been around. Once they had found out he was a dragon, they shunned him. They started believing that he was going to eat them in their sleep, or destroy their town, or worse. None of those things, Zen had even thought of once. But that was how many thought of his species. Big reptiles that destroyed and killed everything.
Zen followed Ramiel's trail quietly. He had nothing to say. Although Jason suggested he tell others, Zen really didn't want to. He believed that Jason would keep his seceret though. Because Zen knew that Jason was hiding something as well. But he didn't know what it was just yet.

Her eyes for a moment would faulter from the path to Zen, something of awe if anything. "You're a gentle one, aren't you." That was her only comment, but a smile was on her face. It seemed her eyes said that she trusted Zen with her life. That was proof as she would reach out when she had come to walk side by side of Zen. Her right hand which was previous burned severely now reaching out to touch Zen's face gently. She did not touch him to hurt him. It was more along the lines to ease Zen's thoughts. After her hand would reach out to touch Zen's face, she'd retract her hand back to her side. Both her wings would begin to settle easily on her back, she had begun to relax a little even in this undead forest. Gia had begun to hum something though, a lilting tune of sorts. It was more like a tune to try and shield the group with a shield of magic. She didn't care if it wouldn't work or matter to nothing. If she could protect the group even a little, she would feel she had done her best. The magical shield would be invisible as it worked with that of her air magic. The entire group could move freely without any problems, but she would not tax her body.

"I can be gentle. I would never actually try to hurt someone unless my life was in danger. Or something along those lines." Zen said, unsure if he was speaking to Gia or himself. When she touched his face, he started to feel better. The thought of his seceret getting out left him and he felt calmer. "Thanks, for whatever you did." he said to her. But he didn't know if she heard him. She looked like she was busy humming whatever song she was humming.

Sintariun looked between everyone confused a bit but then looked at Ramiel as he walked away. Following, the elf remained quiet during the heated discussion and kept walking not wanting to attract attention as her muscles ached. She'd get over it, it'd been awhile since she'd shapeshifted.

Gia had a smile on her face as she turned her face to look at Zen again, her humming hadn't ceased. She finished the tune, as the protective spell now was active. "I'm sure you are gentle. All are gentle, unless their life is threatened. You never need feel threatened by what you are. I believe in you." Gia's fault was in trusting people, that costs her much. She just couldn't give up that trust. No matter what or whom the person was, she genuinely trusted a person unless they gave her a reason not to. She always believed in them till it would cost her something dear. Gia would stretch then letting her wings take a chance to relax a little. She didn't know when they would have to fight again, but she had that feeling of needing to be ready. "You seem like a very good person and that leads me to believe in you. So believe in yourself as well, no matter what happens." Her smile never left as she moved the long sword she had to being back into the scabbard on her back. Her hands then would rest behind her back to hide underneath the silver feathers of her wings.

Seirei watched all of the conversations from a distance, not really being a part of the group yet so he didn't want to get in the middle of it. He kept along with the group as it started moving but stayed towards the edge of he group for now, keeping an eye out for incoming enemies. He kept glancing back at the others every now and then, making sure everything was alright and no one went missing. His aura was starting to act up again but he didn't bother doing anything about it this time.

"Each person has their own way on getting stronger. Abandonment is mine. Because of it, I have gotten strong. I have gotten used to it's ways and it has treated me in such a manner that it would keep me alive and on my toes. True friendship is great at times... But if I made a promise that I will only soften when I am accepted by my village once again," said Jason as he started to walk, his head still turned towards Liah.

Jason then turned his head towards Gia. She now was preaching to him about the benefits of friendship but it wouldn't affect him. It wasn't friendship he needed... It was the want of his family and for their love to sooth his dreading soul. The bleeding in his arm had stopped, having developed a blood clot and would soon start the itchy process of self-healing.

"Thanks." Zen said to Gia. "You have a way of making others feel better. That could prove useful later, depending on what happens during this little trip." he said. Zen was starting to assume that Gia was onto what he was. That made two. Both Jason and Gia knew, or had an idea, what he really was. Zen thought that maby he would tell the others about his seceret. But not yet. He wanted to gain their trust. Especially Ramiel's. To him, Ramiel looked like the perfect canidate who would distrust, mabye even kill, him if he found out the truth. But Zen believed he could trust Gia.

[[sorry sorry sorry....]]

Alwyn kept along with the group now at the back end of things thorally enthralled with the new comer that and the others around her. Jason also was an interest to her she new how he felt or at least had some idea. She was not really accepted by the elves nor the humans to be outcast was normal to her. She followed on pulling herself out of her reveiere.

"I suppose, though it doesn't seem well liked by those of the island I live on. They seem sooner my coin than my friendship or kind words." She didn't hold it against the island, but she lived there nonetheless. It was the only place she had to call home, but she knew of some creatures there that she nurtured as friends. A few pixie dragons lived there as well as few golden dragons. These were the kind of creatures she associated with, as well creatures along the coastline or in the deeps. That's where her thoughts were for the moment before a sudden giggle came from her lips. "I can almost picture the gold dragons trying to play games with the pixie dragons on the island...I think you might have liked them Zen. There were so many creatures there, well the ones I found. They were all kind to me. They seemed to have this genuine kindness to them, that not even the islanders had been able to find. They only saw ugly things in them, but I saw something good in them." She giggled again when she remembered a pixie dragon pulling a fast one over a gold dragon. The pixie dragon had hidden inside a palm tree and waited till the gold dragon flew over head to bite the big dragon's tail in a game of tag or what she surmised of tag. She played with the creatures there to better know them.

She'd look at Jason then as she smiled, it wouldn't leave her face as she would fish for something out of her pouch and toss something to him. "I think you might like this. You seem someone that they would have liked to have this. The pixie dragons are funny creatures, but always kind. I don't know what they gave me, but it's something for those arrows I gave you. It's something that should boost the magical property of the arrows. It always has in the past when I used it with my bow." Gia's eyes told no lies as she made sure that Jason could tell she told no lies, only truth.

Gia then looked to Alwyn and seemed to almost poke her with her right hand, if Alwyn jumped it would be only cause Gia was curious. Gia had an innocence to her that came from her gentle side; while in the heat of battle the other wise vibrant amethyst eyes took on a brilliant coloration that hid all emotions.

Zen had never heard of the island that Gia was talking about. But it sounded like somewhere he'd like to go at some point. "Mabye, when this adventure is over, I'll take a visit to your island." he said to Gia before she walked over to Jason to hand him some new arrows. Zen rememberd how he had been told that his species of dragon was becoming rarer to find. So the thought of others was comforting to him.

Tori silently followed everyone else. She was near the back of the group, not because she was slow but because she felt like it. All the little conversations going on between everyone were pretty interesting to her. Tori kept her axe in her hands, not wanting to put it back behind her just incase something were to pop out suddenly. She sighed and moved her dark green gaze through the group. Everyone in the group was interesting, unlike her. She was just a poor half dwarf that was forced to leave home. Tori slightly shook her head, sending a stray piece of blonde hair out of her face.

Liah's nostrils flared slightly. It surprised her how flustered she was getting. Normally, she didn't have the opportunity to converse with humans, being that she lived so much of her life alone in the forest. "Well." She said, hoping she wasn't being too argumentative. "I don't deny that being alone makes you stronger, it truly does...to an extent." She thought back to her years alone. It hadn't been too long since she had met up with Damon and Asteria, but her time alone had taught her many things. "But it can only teach you so much. Look where we are right now. In the middle of a dead forest with flesh eating zombie beasts coming after us! Don't you think in this situation it would be better to work as a team?" It was a rhetorical question and she didn't wait for a reply. "In fact, this entire quest would be much better taken with the mindset of working together! If we all did that, we'd achieve our ultimate goal a lot more quickly than if each of us did our own thing. We'd never be able to survive like that!" Her speech had made her a little winded and she took a moment to calm herself down.
