Wolf smirked and raised his eyebrows. Well, good job then. He glanced over his sholder as Lance was writing. Whatre you writing anyway? He asked even though he could easily take it from him. He wasnt that rude though

"Well i used to be an entrepreneur at the dawn of the industrial revolution in england" he shrugged "old habits die hard this book holds all of my ideas though most are outdated" he shows him a sketch of an early train "you can thank me for most of the early trains" that's why i told mercy i cant shake my past i am in the books most people would notice if my business suddenly became a ghost town"

Wolf nodded, interested. I see. Thats pretty impressive. I must say, you're a pretty interesting guy. He examined the sketch. It was expertly done.

he flipped a few more pages and pulled out the photo again showing it to him it was an old photo of a beautiful young lady "she was a woman i knew shortly after i changed we....had a falling out when she found out what i was but i still cant let her go"

Wolf looked at the photo and nodded, putting his hand on Lances shoulder. Most of us here have something we cant let go. But some advice, don't try to forget her. Or get over her like she was something to be pushed aside. He took his hand from the others sholder and replaced the book on the shelf. It just never works that way. He walked towards the balcony. Without turning his head, he waved slightly. Ill see you around then, Lance. With that he morphed and jumped off the edge, unfolding his wings.

he nodded and watched as he dissapeared shaking his head "if only he knew the half of it..." replaced the photo and also waled off the balcony and off into the night to search for those answers he had been searching for ll these years

*She looked at him oddly then smiled.* "You fool. . . . . . your so young." *She rolled her eyes and sat forward on her chair looking more like a doll then ever.* "Your a vampire, even if your a lowly halfbreed." *She added the last part with a twinge of malice yet maintained the smile on her face.* "Use that amazing nose. It'll come in handy to find whatever you want." *She spoke as though it was matter of fact and obvious.*
