When I get into a book, I adore it. When I'm not, it's just like..."I hate books." stare
I just got a book from the library called Halloween Nation--Lesley Pratt Bannatyne. I heard about it on NPR. I always check the copyright dates in these to see if they are somewhat recent. This one was published in 2011. (that is what the date is for, right?) I'm not far into it yet, but the pictures look awesome. It's all interviews and such with major major Halloween people and how in love with the holiday people have gotten. How it's not just for kids anymore. She's the leading Halloween expert. I'm going to er..well..plan on reading her other books on Halloween. There's three.

Green_crayon42 xoAniLuv I'm currently reading Dracula by Bram Stoker. Is it hard to understand? I have it and am scared to read it... ninja The only parts I found hard to understand were when the sailors spoke (their English was quite. . .unique xd ), the Latin (I looked it up), and the one Greek phrase. But the minor German Van Helsing would use, I had no problem getting it. The story is amazing! Please do read it! It's one of those books where every chapter is a page turner, and the drama is wonderful! Also, the ending is kind of beautiful to me. There will definitely be moments when shivers run down your spine, but I'm sure you can handle it. yum_puddi

*Just finished reading it. I'm disappointed with the ending, but happy that the horror of the Games ended.
I'm reading Mockingiay by Suzanne Collins. I liked Catching Fire, but the end was so rushed and compressed, it was ridiculous!
