Hermes really couldn’t answer at that moment for he was holding the Rina in his mouth and he just wanted to get Helen back to the cave. Also the fact if he did try to answer it would come out a mumble which she probably wouldn’t understand. Hermes continued towards their home at a slow pace because he was carrying Helen and Sebastian. AS he continued he made it to one of his other dens incase he was to far to get back to his real home. This den had many trees blocking the path of the rain so it was dry. Once there he let Sebastian down near the den but sat in front of the entrance to indicate they wouldn’t be staying there. He turned his face slightly to Helen.
“Because if I told you about the fact that Sebastian and I were going to leave the tree for a little you wouldn’t have gotten lost.”

Helen frowned as she watched Hermes stand near the entrance. She limped over to him then rubbed against him. "It was my fault. I ran off without thinking after having a nightmare. Please forgive me." she said in a low voice.

Though Helen tried to convince Hermes it wasn’t his fault, he still felt it was.
“Well let’s continue.” He said before picking Helen up again and going over to get the small sleeping Sebastian.

Sebastian rolled over in his sleep and came to lay on his back with his little feet in the air, making a light snoring noise as he did.
Helen giggled from Hermes's back at the little rina.

Hermes smiled at the little Rina before turning back to his back and picked him up. After he continued though the rain to their actual home.

Helen was carried silently through the rain on Hermes back. She was very tired after her ordeal but did not want to go to sleep with Hermes being upset at himself. As the rain dropped down on the family Helen can to think of what to say to Hermes.

After the long journey though the forest, Hermes finally caught sight of home. If he could sile Hermes would but his mouth was carrying Sebastian. As soon as he entered the hollow of the tree he placed the petit rina on the bed of leaves. “We are home.”

Helen slipped down from Hermes back and landed on the bed of leaves. At first she was silent but as she began to say something Sebastian woke up and cried out "Mommy!" Helen then took her good paw and pulled Sebastian to her. "Hush sweetie! Mommy is here!" she whispered in his ear as he snuggled against her making an upset mew. Helen started licking his little face to calm him down but she kept glancing Hermes way waiting to see what he would do.

Hermes came up to the young rina and tried to comfort him as well.
“Don’t worry we are all together now.” He purred to Sebastian.

Sebastian calmed down quickly after hearing both Helen's and Hermes' voices. He yawned and fell back to sleep quickly, snuggled against Helen.
Helen watched the young one fall asleep then turned to Hermes, "He is fine my love but what about you?" she asked.

Hermes blinked and turned to face Helen when Sebastian was asleep.
“I...” Was all he really could tell her. His mind was all jumbled up with thoughts at the moment. The one that bothered him the most was the one telling him how it was his fault that Helen got hurt.
“I need to go outside for a few minutes.” He told her as he headed outside.

Helen was unsure of what to do. Should she chase after Hermes or stay where she was with Sebastian asleep against her. She decided to give Hermes a few minutes before chasing after him. Maybe by then Sebastian would be deep asleep that he would not notice her getting up.

Hermes sat outside of their home half under a large leaf to keep him somewhat dry. He sat there with feeling of guilt. it was his fault Helen got lost. He looked up towards the grey sky and let the rain run down his face.

Helen was confused. Something in her heart told her that Hermes was the one but did he know. It was not his fault, to tell the truth they both where to blame.

Outside Hermes took one last deep breath and headed inside. He peered down at the sleeping rina and smiled then he gazed over at Helen and at her wounds. That just made him feel worse.
