yes I have. The ones I can remember is Yu Yu Hakusho, Dragon Ball Z, and (yes I know it's not an anime...) Pesona 3.
Do you think that no anime convention is complete without at least a few guys going drag?

Not like superman. I always visioned having wings that may spread from my back at any minute. Sometimes black, sometimes white and sometimes both. I want to fly like that. A lil' freedom. That sounds nice.
Is freedom really free?
