"Eh, semantics." Kiante said, in reply to Mika's quip, then he tossed the action figure towards Akiko, whilst still keeping an eye on Mika. "Are we about ready to go though? Wherever it is?"

Sora caught a glimpse of the action figure and moved closer to get a better look, then laughed. "Riku, you'll never guess what Aikiko's birthday present is!"

"Yeah, remember, you guys are famous here. Sort of...well you ARE video game characters in one of the MOST popular games ever! Or, 3 of them. So yeah, you have action figures!" Kiante said, enjoying explaining it to the other teens.

"Har, Har," Riku replied tonelessly, not looking at the doll. As far as he was concerned, there was nothing to be amused about in this situation; he, Sora, and Kairi had just been informed that they were little better than sitting ducks in this new setting. Even these kids, with their card decks and dolls, were supposed to be better at combating the new heartless than they were. Was he just there for entertainment purposes? Oh, look, the Earth kids get to go on an adventure with famous game characters who are completely unable to look after themselves. Great.

"Aw come on Riku." Kairi said nudging his arm. "Are you jealous of the doll? You know it could never replace the real thing."
Her tone was joking. She wanted Riku's spirits to be lifted if only a little. She smiled up at him in hopes of getting one in return.

Akiko squealed at the doll, and then dove into her pack to bring out her Sora.
"Oh, thank you thank you thank you!" she squealed some more, tackling Kiante. "Glomp!"
Then she looked at Kairi apologetically. "I didn't have enough money for one of you."
She started acting out a little scene in which mini-Riku and mini-Sora fought invisible heartless, acting just like a little girl, hoping to amuse Sora and Kairi. Riku didn't seem too pleased, but she attempted to make him smile anyway. And so Akiko was totally oblivious to everything else.
King Mickey sighed and shook his head, not able to hide a smile. Then he looked at Mika appreciatively. "I think you can do most of the navigating," he laughed.
"Anyway," he continued, in answer to Kiante's question, "you fight them...well... by resistance. Of your mind. Sheer willpower to know what is right and wrong and refusing to submit." He shrugged, unsatisfied with the explanation.
And finally, he gave them a mock stern glance. "Calm down, guys, we'll get there when we get there."

Kiante lifted himself off of the cold, HARD concrete, and said, though barely, "Glad you like it...".
"C'moooon Akiko, we need to get goooing!" Will whined.

Kya ran down the street sword in hand, she tried to fight but there were to many of them. Their catching up! SHe thought to herself ducking and avoiding an Air soldier heartless that had dove at her. She sped around the corner of the street to see what looked like.... Sora, Riku, and Kairi.... I am so lucky I am being chased by heartless and look who just happened to be around the corner! She thought to herself. "Help!" She yelled running toward them, she was being chased by a group of large body, air soldier, and soldier heartlesses.

White cat ears flipped out from under Zolx hair and flicked over in the direction of the scream. He closes his eyes and focused. Seconds later he was running towards the voice. 'They're here already?'
Cars zipped by with no sign of the light changing anytime soon. Zolx grabbed the light post and hurled himself up and over traffic. he lengthened his body and was soon gliding over the cars as they past. He crossed and landed running full speed again. sure enough a group of withering black creatures were chasing after someone. Zolx pulled his baton from his jacket and made Two count.
"Gather."
A vortex appeared above the Air Soldier and sucked the rest of the heartless together. Zolx swished his baton and aimed to the point at the vortex. A lump of hail appeared at the tip.
"You guys need to Chill."
The Ice rocket towards the heartless on collided with a few of them. They burst in a cloud of black shadows as their hearts sailed into the sky and vanished.
"Am I the only one here who knows what to do when Demons are around or are you three gonna take some action?"

Sora looked, if anything, even more delighted by the appearance of himself as a doll. "Hey, Aikiko, can I see-" he began, but both his request and his light mood were cut off by a girl's scream for help. His keyblade was out before he even saw the person the voice belonged to, but by the time he found her, less than a split second later, the dark, wispy remains of heartless were drifting away, and another boy was asking something. Sora was left feeling very lost indeed, still holding his keyblade up in a guard position. He slowly lowered it. "There isn't really anything left to do," he pointed out, attempting to sound unruffled. It came out as seriously confused.
