He's joking about having seen the Xena episode "Ulysses". But yeah, he's getting the Iliad and the Odyssey mixed up. rolleyes

I actually find his work pretty cool. Once I get passed the Homeric similes, anyway. Those are what I find tedious.
Also, I did not like Book Nine.
