With the leathery skin of the wing descending upon her, she jolted awake. She stiffened instantly and within the instant, she burst into a cloud of fog. She reappeared above him; her entire body shrouded by mist, except for her mask. "A light sleeper I have become. The urge to remove myself from the cause of my wake is to what I succumb." She removed her mask, disintegrating it, as she lowered herself next to him again. She slipped beneath his wing again before she fully reappeared. She relaxed, her arms circling his again as she kimono splayed out. Her hair uncurled from the tight bun it had been in and flowed down her back to her knees, where the tips of the strands curled contentedly.

She watched him, her petite form pressed to his side."You have done nothing wrong. It is something I have done for long."She lightly drug one of her nails down his cheek in a soothing manner. Her hair throbbed with different colors as she watched his facial expressions.


She walked up the stairs hurriedly, counting the doors automatically as she walked down the hall. Her black ears twitched angrily and her tails thrashed as she searched with her nose. Finding the door her child was behind, Sakura unlocked the door with a flick of her wrist and pushed the door open with her clawed foot. Her pearly white and grey kimono wrinkled as she jumped; the scene before her washing over her in an ethereal way that she hadn't thought possible. Peering at Lan and the woman, she wrinkled her nose instinctively as her tails pounded noisily on the floor in pursuit of the little black fox that she sought after. Her ears slid back against her onyx hair, another sign of her obvious distress, and she padded into the room. Well aware that both people were awake and alert to her presence, she sidestepped the hounds and snatched Saiai up by the scruff of her neck. Clawed hand that was unoccupied clenching, she held her chin high as she moved to the door. Her fangs habitually sunk into her bottom lip as she reached said pathway; her long braid and ruby ring knocking against her leg with a fleshy thumping noise. She froze on the spot as she saw the woman trail her finger down the vampire's cheek.

She froze, her ear protruding from around the door frame to face him directly. Her tails wrapped around her thigh in their distress; accidentally lifting her kimono higher up her legs. Her katana, looped in the large black rope that circled her obi, clinked against the wall as she leaned against the door frame. She knew he wanted her to answer him, but she couldn't bear it. She was intruding and she knew it. Her lip began to pale a bit as two trails of blood rolled down her chin. She was second again; like with Katie.




Avrora stared at the youkai by the door. Sensing a large amount of resentment, she blinked. When her pale lids lifted again, her eyes were a faintly reflective white. She tensed again, but for a different reason. She disappeared as she had before, but instead of reemerging above Lan, her hair seemed to appear by the door. Shooting out towards the kitsune, and consequently binding tightly around her waist, Sakura was pulled into the room. Blood dripping down the front of the kimono she was wearing, the wide-eyed kitsune turned to stare up at the quickly forming white mask. Peerign through the mask to the obviously frightened woman's large onyx eyes, she opened the mask's drop-down jaw. the intensive suction made a slight whirring noise as she intended to suck the emotions from the woman.

She stopped struggling, stricken into freezing. Her face paled, and a wispy substance began to slide off of her skin towards and into the vacuum of Avrora's mask. Her eyes went glassy as she amount of substance that was sucked into the mask increased substantially. Her ears seemed to stiffen and stop their movements, as did her tails, before they began to shake.

She continued to vacuum up the kitsune's emotional turmoil even as Lan spoke. Her hair tightened around the suddenly frail looking fox-lady. She squeezed the girl slightly, hoping to force out more of the pale green and grey substance from her.

She let the hinge mouth shut with a resounding clap as she stared at the two of them. She removed the mask, allowing her full body to reappear. "Her emotions run full rampant. I did not harm her; new accusant." She stepped back towards the bed, sitting upon it with a stiff back as usual.


She shook violently as she stared off into the distance; past the vampire. Her tails lay where they had fallen; not willing to get up.


"A great amount of resentment and rejection were harboured within her. I got a good amount of angst from that particular transfer."

She frowned, watching him as he spoke."What motive would I have to kill? I live off of emotions still."She watched the fox writhe.


She grabbed onto his arms, her lip continued to bleed form where she had bitten it earlier. Fear flashed through her eyes as she clung to him. The entire front of her white and grey kimono was dotted and lined with the blood that continued to freshly pump down her chin.

She shivered as her blood was wiped away, she clenched her fists and leaned onto him.

Avrora watched this with a sneer on her face. She stood up, moving towards the chair instead. "Place her there upon the bed. Who you love has already been said."The smirk on her face was that of someone who knows too much. She unfurled her parasol and, with it propped up on her shoulder, sat down in the chair.

She quickly bit into her lip again on reflex as she heard Avrora's words, causing the blood to flow even faster.
