Oya's a busy-body. A very... eccentric busy-body. Really. She likes nosing into other people's business, especially when it comes to romance. She has a little helper, a mini otter named Etienne. It's difficult to tell why she keeps him around, but she does and hasn't eaten him yet, so apparently things are going okay.
