A pulse of gravitational force shot out at Myke, a pulse strong enough to knock down ten men. "I yelled at him because he left me! He's never requested a name, so I have never given him one. He does his job just as I do mine. I suggest you stay silent, as you are speaking of things you do not understand." Pendari glanced at the orb. "If you want him to live, you will come with me."
The orb gave a beep and started following after, though he glanced back at Myke blinking a few times, trying to wave goodbye as best he could.

The orb gave a beep and started following after, though he glanced back at Myke blinking a few times, trying to wave goodbye as best he could. Myke throws his arms up, blocking the push of gravity that sends him skidding back a few feet but he stands tall still and grumbles a bit. "....What ever Fine!" he says and stops a moment, looking at Leet and finding himself torn between being stubborn and an a** or doing what he felt he should despite all basic instincts. Stuffing his hands into his pockets, he grabs his pack of eight grenades and begins walking after Pendari and Leet, catching up quickly with them, standing on the other side of Leet, not even showing eyecontact with Pendari. "First things first! F**K you Pendari. Secondly, Im coming with you since I cant leave this little buddy of mine having to watch over a hurt friend....and now before you start throwing your gravity s**t at me and spewin your words. Look at it this way.....You have one hand....I have two." he says doing a little Jazz hands thing with both hands. "Im more help to you than you would care to admit right now."

"Yeah yeah yer royal pain in the a**." he says nodding and holds out the Grenades. "By the way I found something helpful." He says, recalling very well, exactly what he left behind in the halls, and with good intentions of doing so, seeing as he was confident he was the only one other than his new traveling partner who could move the drum of ammo and explosives, it would be just fine. "So where to?"

A.C. slowly pushed herself down the hallway wall, eyesight coming back reluctantly.

"Yeah yeah yer royal pain in the a**." he says nodding and holds out the Grenades. "By the way I found something helpful." He says, recalling very well, exactly what he left behind in the halls, and with good intentions of doing so, seeing as he was confident he was the only one other than his new traveling partner who could move the drum of ammo and explosives, it would be just fine. "So where to?" Pendari gave him a backwards glance. "Hmm, those will be helpful." She turned her head back to the hallway and continued to walk. "We're heading to the engine room. In a central vent accessible from that room is a nest of the robotic creatures responsible for my arm, among other things. They will be moving to attack soon, so it is best to dispose of them quickly."

A.C. shook her head, eyes returning to normal, and pushed away from the wall. "Dunn, dunn... Dunno, where?" She shook her head again. "Ow."
The gaudy street kid winced and shuddered. Very careful not to look at her left arm, she reached over with her right and pulled a steel pipe out of her leg pantleg. "I smell like burn and ozone... Ouch." She dropped the pipe on the ground and dared look over.
"F'lct." Down the open pantleg she could see a long and angry scorch mark where her leg had been touching the pipe. Worse, though, was the withered and blackened left arm. The length of it was charred and shrunken, and the skin at the elbow was falling off in flakes of ash. A.C.'s eyes went wide in awe and fear, the orange color washing out to a sickly yellow for a moment.
Hearing echoes of voices behind her, the girl snapped to. "Run, right? Find the key..!" Limping now and determinedly ignoring her dangling appendage, A.C. continued down the hallway.

Spritekin Tossing the pack of grenades in the air, Myke grins and replies. "Well its damn good I grabbed these along." he says nodding. "So we go, wipe out these little spider buggers, then what?" "We would have made do if you hadn't." Pendari added, not letting anything get to the big guys head. "After this, we'll decide. We're taking things one step at a time at the moment." She turned towards the elevators of the engine room.

Heading in the hallways from the Rec area was Haldis. She had intended to follow Skarloey for a bit, but had quickly lost interest. She looked over at A.C. and gave her a pleasant smile. "Hello."

Haldis nodded. "Foreigners aren't foreigners when you're the one in the foreign place, not usually. Unless this is your home, and you are native here." Haldis shrugged, and adjusted the white dress she was wearing. "You seem in a hurry. Running from the murderer?"
