Kat smiled brightly.

Saix leaned over and kissed her gently.

After eating, Ginger does the dishes. She contemplates calling someone, but doesn't think that anyone would talk to her, so instead she sits down and waits for something to happen.

((aww it's so quiet in here. I'm going to try and boost it up))

Lila felt something jiggle in her pocket and reached into it to feel her mobile buzzing. She pulled it out and flipped it open to be attacked with a wave of sqauwky nonsense. "Mum?...No I'm with Kent...He's a friend....For Dinner....No Mum he's just a friend....He wouldn't do something like that!!....No mum he's not like that.... His mum is at home..... No I don't want to come home.... No!.... Don't come here....No!.....Yes.....NO!.....FINE I'M COMING HOME!!" She snapped her phone shut and looked at Kent. "Kent, I'm sorry, my mum is having a heart attack so I better go." She dashed down the stairs before remembering something. "Catch." She chucked her phone to Kent and rushed out into the cool night air. She began to run faster but her knee was getting sore. She stopped outside a house with a light on and peeled back her pants. The wound had split and blood was oozing out again. "Crap! Kent was right. Damn I need to get this cleaned up. Mum will freak if I ruin these pants." Holding her pants with one hand she hobbled up to the door and knocked. She could see a girl eating spaghetti through the window.

Lila laughed when she saw the girl appear at the door. "Thank you." She said as she leaned into the couch and sighed. Sitting up a bit as the girl re-entered the room, she smiled and thought about the question to try and distract herself from the niggling pain. "Well earlier today I stacked it on a glass bottle and a piece of glass got wedged in my knee. The wound just started bleeding again as I was running home to my distressed mother." She grinned and looked around the room at the cute place. "You have such a lovely home." She appreciated how kind this girl had been to bring her in and take care of her like this. "Hey I saw you earlier didn't I? Your the girl with the dog!" She chuckled at the thought of Kent and her sitting there She must have thought we were a couple, he'd like that wouldn't he? Boys...

Lila chuckled "Yeah that's me and his name is Kent. My name is Lila by the way." she smiled and pulled down her hood from her face. She pulled out her elastic band and ruffled her hair. Yuck, I need to wash it. She wound her elastic around her bundle of hair she had gathered and looked down to her knee. It was all clean and dressed up with a bandage. "Thank you so much." she noticed a photo of two women standing in front of a hospital. "That's my mother.." she pointed at the photo as she stood up and hobbled over. "Is that your mom in the photo? They must work together then...." Lila looked at her watch and saw the time. "Uh... Do you mind if I borrow your phone? My mom was expecting me a while back and I left my phone with Kent."

((I will be away until the 13th of January. I have this bookmarked though so when I get back I can check in and post if I'm needed. If it's dead I will not post though.))

"Best friend? How do I not know you and our mothers are best friends?..." What the heck has my mom been keeping from me? Lila took the phone and jabbed in her home number but it automatically came up as Jill. "My mom is on speed dial..." She murmured before putting the phone up to her ear and listening to the flimsy ring as she waited for her mother to pick up. She heard a click and her mother said hello. "Hi mom. It's your daughter and I happen to be at your best friends house who I never knew about. I'm coming home but I hurt myself and had to get it fixed up. Thanks for not telling me about this whole other group of friends you have. I wonder what else your not telling me?" Lila jabbed the call button and looked at Ginger in the eye. "Sorry about that. I'll see you around?" She walked over to the door and let herself out. Trudging along the pathway to get home once again.
