She gleefully followed him, taking in her surroundings as she exited the ship, "What a place... I wonder what things are in store here?" Her eyes sparkled with the curiousity of a child and the mischief of a cat. Her bright teeth showed as she grinned, moving alongside the shadowy ghostlike figure of Aryx, "What can I learn that I do not already know?"

He moved out of the hanger and into a hall. It was quiter here, makign conversation easier for the two of them. He looke dover his shoulder now at her question. "Lots are in store for you Nini, I hope to train the power in you and make it stronger. You will learn plenty Nini, for one, how to harness that power inside you and use it to your own gain."

He followed down a familier path and into a dime, stark room. He had used it as an unofficial space for privacy and meditation. It had a side view port in th emiddle that took up a quarter of the hull. Aryx had passed it off as an abandon view station of some kind, as there was a single desk and chair in the back. Still, the view, couples with the silence and comfertable lack of lighting served him nicely. He smiled at the familier feeling it gave him and then turned to Nini. "What do you think? This will be where I train your mind."

She moved slowly and somewhat warily into the dim room, taking in the view and the feel of the dark atmosphere that lingered around, "I like it..." Her steps made little noise as she made her way across the room, surveying every nook and cranny, then finally turning to inspect Aryx,

"Training my mind? How does one go about do such a thing?" Her eyes narrowed with intentness as she asked the question, rising once more to her full height, and an aura of chaotic darkness seeped from her.

Nathiuz grabbed the brim of his black Imperial Officer's hat, pulling it off and readjusting it on his head. He stood, standing idly in the lounge, gazing off into space.

His eyes traces a small ship - from the size of it, probably a light modified freighter. He smirked slightly, brushing his fingertips across the silver pin that adorned the side of his Sub-Lieutenant rank badge.

He didn't know whose ship it was, and he probably wouldn't. Why would anyone come up to him to notify him? They wouldn't, he doesn't need to know.

Nathiuz sighed contently, clearing his throat before turning on his heel. He strolled to the lounge door, a short squeek gave out as the door retreated into the wall. He stepped through it looking straight ahead, the shiny steel reflecting a blurred light off its irregular surface.

He took a sharp right, the designers were smart enough to have the lounge at the end of the Crew Quarters, or so he thought.

He took a seat on his small cot, rubbing his hat against his forehead, gazing about the room he was assigned.

A smirk moved across his pale face as he took a seat in the chair behind the next. As he sat back almost all of his face became bathed in shadow. Through his own site of the force he could see the aura itself. It was tiny, but it went so much deeper from the surface. An untapped resivoure, Aryx being the drill. He motioned wiht his hand for her to take a seat.

"Open your mind Nini, but not too much. Do not make it easy for me."

She stared at him blankly, unsure exactly of his meaning as she had never heard such a command before. She shifted her weight uncertainly for a moment, then cocked her head, "Open... my mind? Is that painful?" Her claws slowly began to trace through her hair and over her cranium unsurely, "How do I go about doing that?"

He smiled lightly, unseen form the shadows. Her tendency to take requests literaly was entertaining. He sighed though, because if it continued it would drag simple things out untill they became complicated. "No, Nini, leave your sckull intact."

He leaned forward out of the shadows about, casting his hand to the side and motioning out side the veiw port to the great void of space. "Instead, sit down, relax your self. Think about the stars, and then, slowly move your htoughts to where those stares vanish, and all you have is nothing..."

She seemed blank-minded for a moment, then perked up, "Oh, THAT! I think I understand what you're saying, Aryx." She sat down and stared forward, clearing her chaotic mind of all thoughts and relaxing entirely. Her entire form seemed to ease as her eyes glazed slightly and her thougts cleared, opening her mind to the powerful will of the shadowy figure, '...hope he knows what he's getting into...'

He felt the eye of her mind open wide. Wider then he would have liked...but it would teach her. He delved forward, creatign a mental link between the two of them. Once in her head he lashed out at what ever he could, holding back only a little. He paused and sent a single message before beginign his assualt once mor: Hold me back if you can.

Inside of the hellish typhoon of Nini's mind existed no holds or sanity whatsoever. Immediately her mind retaliated, shutting out all outside forces with disturbing images and powerful mental pushes. All the while, screaming in her mind continued, howling loudly and madly, enough to drive any normal being insane.

He nearly flipped backwards out of his chair, the mental connection just barely still in place. "By...the maker..." He whispered aloud as he struggled to stay wiht in he rmind and retain what shreds of sanity still existed in his own. With a minimal amount of strength he was able to produce enough mental berriers to block out the more disturbign images wiith in her mind, but the screaming wa sone thing he couldn't block.

Her eyes twitched as she opened them, looking at Aryx in quite a disturbed manner. Nobody had ever delved so deep into her mind, nobody had ever wanted to try, such a place she feared to go at times, "Tell me... did... you find... what you wanted...?" Her eyes remained glazed and showed only a glimse of the madness behind them.

His eyes were glazed over, they looked distently. In his mind he waged war with the images that relentlessly bombarded his barriers. He struggled to stay were he was. Her closing mind pushing him back stronger then he expected. He was nearly to the point where he was completly forcing himself deeper. Finaly, with a sound of anguish form his lips he broke the connection. His hands shot to his temples and rubbed them furiously. "ou have an advantage...any normal force user atmepting to enter your mind would be driven insane...stilll...the stornger ones can delve deeper. We need to work on that."

She swayed slightly at the sudden loss of connection, then crumpled onto her side. Her eyes remained open, however, and a steady line of drool spilled to the floor. Finally she sighed and raised her hands to her head, rubbing at her scalp, pinching her eyelids, then tugging her ponytails, "Oowwww.... whatever you just said..." She blinked and slowly the glaze disapated.

"Nini...find a bunk to sleep in tonight...if your hungry, the cafeteria is shut down the corridor on the left." He sat himself back down in his chair. He was huffing a little bit. This was odd, yet amazing at the same time. He had never encountered a mind so chaotic, so depraved...and yet belongign to some one who had such contorle over it. Perhaps she wa sone of the calm, twisted types that only go berzerk under certain sercumstances.

"I need to meditate on this Nini...please...leave me be for the time. You'll know when I need you back..."
