well if the cops capture a raper
they punish him... they rape him all night and day... xD
i think that its real justice...
and if they capture someone who fight or murdered a police they really kick his a** and head...

cops are just lazy here...thank god surprised but sometimes they get weird and they drive around the city all day long and they give you a notice for no good reason...stupid ******** probs mrgreen

in those case like after midnight
outside of bars....
when ppl get so drunk and start to fight outside...
and the cops stay there watching them how they kill each other...

i dunno..i mean im not regular i smoke it a couple times a year...they could like make a few clubs where you could smoe mary...but i wouldnt allow it to smoke on streets... neutral cause if you'll leagalise it a lot more people will start smoking it... neutral and thats not good
