"Dorm One?" Kierra echoed. She knew it was where she was to live - but was there going to be more people? She had only lived with her Mother her entire life; it was a change for Kierra. But nothing I can't take, she decided firmly. She nodded at the Headmaster, and said, "Where is this building located?"

"FIrst floor, third door in." Randal said, scribbleing down her name and species in the book. "A warning though, you have a strange group in there."

A single death is a tragedy ...
Kierra nodded, remembering the directions. "Ah, thanks. I guess," she responded to his warning. "Then, I will be going now." She nodded in farewell, saying, "Until we chance upon each other again, have a good day." She paused, then added, "Or night, for you." With that, she turned and headed toward the dorm building, glad to be rid of the Vampire smell that had been tickling her nose.

Randal laughed and moved to shut the gate, securing the many locks before heading into his passage and into the heart of the castle.

Artemis arrived with her father, who was a human man. He was quite uneasy with leaving her behind but they both knew it was better for her. The blond girl hesitantly takes her bags and gives her father a kiss on the cheek.
"Take care of yourself. I want letters all the time okay?"
The older gentleman smiles and nods. He hadn't talked in years, their only form of communication being through letters. She smiles and hugs him quickly before walking towards the front gates. Her father leaves her there.
The girl was quite pretty if you just looked at her. She wore a simple pale blue dress that held thin straps and fit tightly around her torso, flaring out at her hips. She had pink wings that would remind many of a fairies but they were transparant and were more of an illusion than something that could be used. You couldn't even touch the creations. Her blue eyes showed slight fear but determination. She knew that she would fit in here. Well, she hoped she did. She runs her fingers through her short hair and sighs.
"Well, how do I get it?"
The gate looked securely locked and she didn't know how to get anyone's attention.

Far back in the castle Randals inner arlarms went off, telling him someone had arrived at the gate. With a sigh he stood and headed through secret passages that concealed him from the suns harmful rays. He opened a side door and entered the archway. "Good day my dear." he said and moved to pull a lever that opened that gates. "Welcome to Ornin University. I am Randal Von Lerati, headmaster. And who might you be?"

The dragon was quite startled when the man came from seemingly no where. She jumped, dropping her bags and her hand rose to her chest. Her olive eyes were wide but she was quick to calm down.
"I-I'm Artemis Persephone Graecia."
She lowers her hands and picks up her bags once more. They were only two bags containing all that she owned. Her face took on a very soft and innocent appearance and she smiles a bit.
"My father enlisted me here. We agreed that it was best for me."
Best because of what I am.
Being a rare creature like herself she was often looked strangely upon. Her translucent wings flutter a bit from being stimulated by her previous startledness.

Randal laughed and took out a notebook. "Enlisted, I think not. We are a school for mythics, not some military institution." he said as listened to her, immediatly suspiciouse of her innocent attitude. "What is your name, species and do you posses any powers you know of?"

Artemis tilts her head a little to the side and she watches him curiously. He must not like that word. It meant simply that she was signed up to the school.
"My name is Artemis Persephone Graecia. I'm a celestial dragon. My powers include any that have to do with the natural abilities of a dragon however I am able to talk with both stars and the earth."
She watches the man with her own curiosity. In dragon form she may have nipped at him playfully but she just watched him with her eyes.
"I have slight problems when I change... at night I cannot help the change or whenever I lose my temper. I also have trouble shutting out the voices. They tend to get overwhelming."
She could hear their whispers now however they were only whispers.

Artemis shakes her head.
"Only if I'm in a small room when I transform. I can't really control where everything goes or my size."
She was a pretty peaceful person. Her appearance gave that off and it was her nature as a celestial. She had to find that inner peace to become a true celestial.

Her olive eyes brighten up and she smiles brightly.
"Thank you very much."
She gives a bow, nearly dropping her things. She then gains her curious expression once more.
"Though, where is Dormitory one?"
She felt a little embarrassed in not knowing but how could she?

Randal began locking the gates, avoidning the bright sunlight as he pulled a lever near the front of the gate. "First floor, third door in, there are a few people there already.

She tightly holds her bags and walks towards the school to find her dorm room. She knew by his actions that he was a vampire. That did not frighten her in the least.
