Tia smiled, his attempt to keep himself as calm as possible seeming to brighten her mood. She took his hand in hers, "Tia Smith, it's nice to meet you as well." She smiled scanning the surrounding forest quickly with her gray eyes before returning her gaze to his. "Hmm since you told me about you I'll just clarify about me." Her gaze darkened slightly as she stared off past him. "I can feel the emotions of others; pain, happiness, fear, rage anything and everything. My parents put me in a mental hospital because of it. I had just been released when I was kidnapped and brought here." She sighed blinking a few times.

Craig looked at the girl who had become slightly more......dark. He caught her words, and tried to stifle a sound. He held it in for a bit, but couldn't help it. He started laughing. Long and loud. It was the kind of laugh that is usually pretty infectious to old coots who have nothing better in life than to annoy the "young folk who have no respect for their elders."

Tia glared darkly at him before rising from her spot on the ground. Her gray eyes were dark almost black and filled with rage. She made a sound that sounded close to a growl, another reason why her parents had her locked away. "I see nothing funny in what I've said. I'll be going now." She walked briskly past him and into the forest set on seeing how deep and vast it was. The rage inside her seeming to spike everytime she thought of him laughing at her.

Craig stopped laughing, and a frightened look settled on his face. He ran after Tia, hoping to get her to stop. "Please, stop. I'm sorry for laughing, but I thought that it was funny that you hate having that ability. I would rather have yours than mine." With that last statement, his face dropped into a very sorrowful frown.

Tia sighed unable to stay mad at him but continue walking. "You wouldn't like my gift after what it's done to me. There is no peace, you always hear or feel something and it eventually drives you insane. I'm not particularly fond of my gift. it's more like a curse to me."

"So, hearing and feeling things is a curse to you? If that is everything, then I stick with what I said. My power is truly a curse, much more than yours is." Craig was slowly becoming even more depressed as he went along. "My power happens to be telekinesis, I think it's called. The power to move stuff with your mind. But only when I happen to be in my violent state. And with it." He whispered the next part. "I killed my own mother."

Tia sighed feeling the despair rolling off of him in waves. Unable to stay angry at him she stopped walking and turned to face him. "Let's just agree that both of us hate our respective 'gifts'." She looked at his slouched frame and couldn't resist the urge to hug him. She wrapped her arms around him and whispered in his ear, "We can't change the past. what has happened has happened. all you can do now is look forward."

He just stood there in the embrace, tears rolling down his face. This side always was the more emotional of the two. "Thank you. Very few people were ever heedful of me, and my mother was one of those. You don't know how much this means to me."
He wiped his tears away, and gave a shaky grin. "Now, don't get me wrong. I don't hate my gift, but only being able to use it when I am in an almost-killing mood isn't a good thing. Don't you think so?"

Tia grinned, releasing him from the hug but keeping her hands gently on his shoulders, her grey eyes almost silver. "Maybe while you are here with the rest of us you'll find a way to control it. You never know, anything could happen."
She smiled, "and you are welcome. One of the good things about knowing emotions is i can tell when someone is being truthful or not."

Craig started laughing again. He had to wipe the tears that formed again, this time from happiness. "Oh, no need to figure out if I'm lying or not. For the most part, I am very truthful. That, and I can't lie to save my life.
"And, if I could control my power, and gather my personality into one being, I would be the happiest man in the world. Or, at least until I get out of this predicament I find myself in. One question: Where in hell are we?"

Stevan sat up, and looked at his familiar ghost companion. When he was at a young age, his best friend in the earth died. Her name was Edan. He loved here once. But now, love was no longer an issue seeing as she was dead. Stevan looked at Edan. "Good morning Edan, how are you today?" The ghost looked at him for a minute. "Depressing as always, he said. "Sorry to hear that," said Stevan. "If it was at all possible, I'd hug you.
Stevan was sitting on the bed, color flushing in his face. He yawned and stood up, took a glance at Eden, then twisted the handle on the door. He went through the open door and looked down the hall, seeing if anybody else was up to greet him.

Tia grinned at his words. She let go of his shoulders and scanned the area again. "No one knows where we are and from inside the house this forest seems to go on for miles and miles. I wasn't able to make out any roads or paths. We seem to be completely stranded out here for the time being."
She sighed, she wanted to go home and see her parents, she hadn't seen them since they had her put in that damn mental hospital. She looked at Craig, taking in his features. His eyes always seemed to catch her attention. Such a beautiful mix of blue and green. She stood almost transfixed staring into his eyes.

Stevan looked through the window of the manor, and saw two people talking gaily. He opened the door to the manor, and walked around to join the other two.
Sneaking up was something that he could do easy. He carefully snuck inside the bushes, and listened to the conversation that was about to ensue.

Craig's thoughts drifted back and forth between multiple things. When would he classified as a missing person? Would anybody grieve him not being there? Why was Tia staring at his eyes? How large was the forest? Where was h....Wait. Tia, staring at his eyes.
He blushed from embarrassment, and squeaked a bit. "Why are you staring at me?"
