As for the items:

Well, I have 1 Dragonair left up for trade, but I can always hunt down more so that isn't a problem. As far as the level, well it's level 19. I know it's lower than they should be (seeing how Dratini doesn't evolve to Dragonair until Level 30) but honestly that's just the way I caught it and I guarantee you that its legit.
Haha, well.. I have an Espeon just waiting to be traded off (lists just haven't been updated), but in all general I can get you any of the Eevee evolutes easily.
LMAO on the Pigeot image. I was wondering when/if someone would ever catch that, anyways, that's just the product of my lazyness. smile
I have Nidoking, Kakuna and Beedrill already, just need to transfer them over from FireRed. Once again, outdated lists.
As far as fair trades, well I generally go 1 Poke for 1 Poke, and when it comes to legendaries that's when more complex offers usually get thrown around. If your main focus is the starters and fossils, then just make an offer and we'll just start there. 3nodding

Chikorita, Cyndaquil, and Totodile for Rayquaza (god that's annoying to spell), Metang and Sharpedo (figure a legend, a rare and a...whatever the ******** Sharpedo is works out well? Maybe?) Maybe Spiritomb (don't shoot!), Togepi and Magby each holding a one of the fossils (namely the three first-gen ones) for the three golems? As for the other four starters(or any of their evolutions *wink wink nudge nudge*) (Bulb/squirt/treek/torch(dunno that I actually need Charmander. I'll probably just wait till I can breed in FR and transfer a baby from my Charizard on there) and Feebas Uh, Groudon, Kyogre and any two random things I listed before? Anyways, just to help you out here a bit, especially since you say your new to wi-fi trading, i'm not going to rip you off (which is what your current offer would pretty much do to you).
If all these legendaries your offering are legit, I can offer you more than one poke for them. But if they're not legit, then I suppose your current trade seems more valid. razz
As stated above, if the Rayquaza is legit, i'll trade you all the johto starters for it (Chikorita, Cyndaquil and Totodile).
I'll trade you Togepi for Metang and Magby for Sharpedo.
As far as the first gen fossils, I only have the Helix (Omanyte) and Old Amber (Aerodactyl) for trade. If your still after Kabuto I can offer you either a level 1 Kabuto or a Kabuto egg, whichever you choose. Just needed to make that clear to avoid any confusion. 3nodding
For your Regirock, i'll offer you my Spiritomb with a Helix Fossil (Omanyte).
For Registeel, Feebas with an Old Amber (Aerodactyl). For Regice, I suppose treekco, torchic and either Bulbasaur or Squirtle.
