Charity nodded and looked up at the house as an ambulance drove up behind the police car.
"Y-Yes... I don't want to deal with the cops if they come..." she murmured, hugging her legs to her chest, her black hair spilling into her face.

"Yea, I don't want to deal with them either." He said as he saw her put her face into her knees. He shifted in front of her to where she was, and sat there for a moment before moving her hair back behind her head. "Are you all right?" He asked Charity sympathetically.

I can't see you...
Charity looked up at him and gave him a sad, fake smile. "I'm fine... I'm just... Coping with the fact that my family's been falling apart for years... And now it's shattered completely... Forever..."
She put her face back into her knees to try and hide the tears that fell from her dark eyes.

"You still have your mother that you can be with don't you?" he asked as he sat there for a moment not knowing what to do. "Crying wont solve anything, if it did, the world would be a better place." He said as he slowly sat next to her, and patted her back some. "Everything is fine though, you father wont be able to bother you anymore, and now your mother will be safe right?" He said sympathetically.

Slowly looking up at Valk, she gave a broken, cracked laugh. "Mother... I love her, yes, and wouldn't want her hurt, but at the rate everything has been going, she's just going to leave me alone with Constantine so she can be with Dad's friend..."
Charity sniffed a bit and said,"Patrick's never liked me or Constantine... So, she'd have to leave us..."
Tightening her grip around her legs, she began to cry a little harder, so she hid her face once again in her knees.

Remix silently flew off once she turned into her angel form, she looked around to see if any one saw her transform, she soon got home after a few minutes, she landed on the porch, she looked around if any one was around, she unlocked her door and walked in, quickly closing the door behind her. She walked over to the living room and lied down on the couch, her wings folded, she turned on the television and soon fell asleep.

Valk had looked back down to her. "So what you are saying is that, your mother will stay at your father's friend's house?" He asked her as he looked back to the house. "If that is true, then where would you want to go?" He asked.

Thinking for a bit, then looking back. "You could live in the forest with me, or in the town if you want." Then looking up at the trees, he leaned back and rested on the tree behind him.

She looked over at him and sighed as she fell into the grass, letting her tears fall still.

"You wont be a burden." He said as he looked back towards her. What is your brother's name, so we can find him?" He asked as he asked as he watched her fall to the ground, and began to cry. Going down to where she was, he looked at her face. "Its ok. Please, don't cry." He said as he gave her a friendly hug, then released.

"Your crying though." He said as he wiped away the tears. "Just let it all out." He said looking at her for a moment, then he placed his hand on top of hers. "Do, you know where he will be?" He asked sympathetically, looking into her eyes.
