Maryn took a seat and smiled to the waitress and asked for a glass of water. Then she looked over to Kay-Dash,"Thanks again" she said "So tell me more about your job, if you can."

Ash became really quiet and stood there waiting for Sai to pay for the movie and leave. She wasn't very comfortable in public anymore, more so then when she was younger. After what happened in Japan, she became more nervous. She fidgeted behind him impaitently.

Alli smiled, and put her hands in her pockets. "I still have Ladon, I left him back in Central Park." She looked around. "Gee, its amazing how many of us ended up back here in New York." She giggled, and wandered over to Sai. She tapped his shoulder. "Hey," She smiled warmly. "Long time no see."

"I can't really tell you anything. But we basically stop terrorism and super powered criminals. Other then that it's classified." he said leaning back in his chair.

"Er.. Alli!? Hey..."
Sai looked at her cheerful face...
"Actually, I saw you coming from a block away, but
felt I needed to act surprised to see you."
Sai paid the cashier and walked back over to Roman.
"By the way Alli, how did Ladon get so big? Dragons only
grow if they eat meat!"
"I was wondering the exact same thing Sai..."

Alli looked confused. "He's never eaten meat, I've kept him from it for five years." She looked up, thinking hard. "He's stayed in my flat most of the time. He only comes out when we go to other places." She sighed. "Nope, never had any meat that I know of."

Maryn sighed she understood at least. "Well, that's good at least you are putting your powers to work, I thought you were a great teacher Mr. Kay-Dash" she said, she couldnt stop calling him mister she was so used to the Rejects Academy days

"I'm not your teacher anymore." he said with a smiled.
"As long as you use your power frequently like even to make the glass of water your about to get colder it won't build up like that." He signaled that he was ready to order.

Maryn laughed a little bit "I guess old habits die hard mist... I mean Kay-Dash...sir" she said laughing "I cant help but think of you as a superior even though we are only a few years apart." Maryn said then told the waitress her order. This dinner reminded her of her last date with Hiro NO! I have to stop thinking of him she thought

Kay-Dash put in his order. Then looked back at Maryn. "Is anything wrong?" he said noticing her expression.

[Err.. I gotta go. Lets just say everyone went with Sai and Roman to his apartment. Watch the movie, Sai and Roman fall asleep due to their long day.]
"Anything at all? Even the tiniest bit of meat would do it."
Sai handed her a bundle of cash. Cause she was holding
a movie and not paying for it.
"Hmm... there's no explaination unless Ladon is a female..."
"Err..."
"Roman."
"It's a possibility..."
"You never checked didn't you?"
"No. But that might not be it! He could have secretly eaten
meat while Alli was asleep or something!"
"... Whatever, lets go to your place now."
Sai left the Blockbuster.

Alli blinked, she had never checked. After the movie, she went back to Central Park. She dug around in her backpack, and pulled out the manual. She flipped to a page saying how to check for gender. She looked him over, and over, and over. "Ugh... books don't help." She continued to check, but couldn't come to a decent conclusion. "I'll see if Roman can figure it out." She sighed, and fell asleep next to him.

Kay-dash didn't respond as he waited for the food to come in. He just sat there playing with his fork twirling it around his fingers.
