Erik, from Kay's Phantom: The cruel familiarity of her features still stunned me with grief. She was a lovely, wilting flower that I longed to resuce from the strangling creep of weeds. I wanted to plant her safely in the labyrinth beneath the Opera House, to hide her from the world so that no oe else should ever find her, hurt her... take her away from me. I could make her grow--I knew I could make her grow-- if only I dared to reach out and lift her from the barren, acid soil that was stifling her natural talent. To steal her... to spirit her away... What madness!
((I dunno, but I love this! Erik seems very poetic. xD))

I'm not too fond of those lyrics because with the orchestration, it adds on the c and h. I like the other ones, the lyrics they put in the 2004 film. Much better in my opinion.

~ "Flattering child you shall know me... See why in shadow i hide... Look at your face in the mirror... I am there inside!" - Hugh Panaro, Broadway
Eeps! i love that line! my favorite line in the whole play!
oh, and this one!
~ "If you need me, I shall be in Australia." - Monsieur Reyer
hahaha! i love that one! it's just a nice way of say "it's not my problem so don't call me." he just blows them off completely...

|Love me|
This is from the Rosen and Schierhorn musical (I don't care what people say, that was awesome!) :
Erik: DA-RO-GA!
Erik (during the Managers' Scene): *singing* They're playing the host/to a...ghost/who'll be running the show!
*Joseph Buquet insults Carlotta* Carlotta: *shoves him* Peasant! *leaves* Richard: *shoves him* Peon! *leaves* Moncharmin: *goes to shove Buquet, who holds up his axe* Pardon me! *leaves*
Ballet Rats: *singing* Silhouttes stalking/corridors talking/The Phantom of the Opera is in the/House!
Christine: The music of angels is not made to be heard by mortal ears!
Erik: *rubs his head against Christine's shoulder like a cat*
Erik: First you shrink from my touch, and now you tear at my mask?
Erik: *Christine has removed his mask* LOOK AT ME!
Christine: Are you the Spirit of Music? Erik: I am...whatever you want me to be.
|That's all I ask of you|
