He then strated to work on backflips and front flips he was in pretty decent shape but he still began to sweat as he trained.

He went and felxed his muscles and smiled at the result and continued to throw punches and kicks trying to build on his speed.

Shizuma soon found that he was pretty good when adding a kunai to his hand to hand combat it gave him many more options.

Before he knew it he was throwing roundhouse kicks and and doing backflipping slashes, his form was steadly getting better.

He went to a training dummy and began to strike against it getting use to the feeling of actually hitting something.

The resistance of hitting something was making his style and form more effective, he was rather enjoying this training.

Soone Shizuma was throwing jumping kicks and aereal manuvers to his arsenal attack with high flip kicks and punches.

As he time went on he could feel his hits growng stronger over time and becoming faster, this was the best training he'ld had all day.

Shizuma began to drip with sweat and then he droped down and began to do sit ups as fast as he could.

After doing about a hundred and really strengthening his core he rolled over and began push ups also as fast as he could muster.

He'ld relized he needed to strengthen his body more to really become effective in hand to hand so form would have to wait.

He went from pushups to doing a hand stand and just stood there on his hands to work his balance.

As he stood there on his hands he tensed up and lowered himself and pushed back up and began handstand pushups.

As he did the handstand pushups he could really feel his shoulders working and he then bounded back to a stand position.

He then began to do squats ad challenged himself to see how many he could do in a minute, he got to 43 and sighed.
