The Sorting hat sits upon the young girl's head, deciding on which house he should send the young girl. "Hmm..RAVENCLAW!!"
(Lol..)
"Yay, Ravenclaw!" Suki says, bouncing off the chair and bounding toward the table full of students from the house. She sat beside another first year, smiling as the table cheered and greated her. She looked back towards Anna, hoping that the hat would place her in the same house.

Anna jumped as her name rang out. Of course, Kimonoto and Kyouji were right next to each other. She took her hesitant steps, feeling every eye on her. This was so... surreal. Usually, nobody paid the slightest bit of attention to her.
She took her seat, and bit her lower lip as the darkness swallowed her.
Let's see... a hard worker, yes, goodness you have had a lot of suffering in you past, haven't you? Should make you strong! But you are far too timid, yes... not terribly clever, but a hard worker... "HUFFLEPUFF!!"
Anna quickly got up at the tremendous applause, and the hat was removed. She looked over to the Hufflepuff table cheering for her acceptance and felt a stab of dissappointment. Not one familiar face. All the people she had met on the train were either in another house, or had not been sorted yet. She walked slightly dolefully over to the table.

((Figured you guys needed some slytherin in your lil' hogwarts life twisted ))
EARLIER:
Nikolette De Winter had gone through the train ride unnoticed. As well as her sister she guessed. Looking over at the excited girl she rolled her eyes. "You better get dressed... You know we're almost there." Nikol got dressed herself and went back to reading a book she brought with her. It was called 'The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon' by Stephen King. She grinned as she continued to read on. The little girl, Trisha, had gotten lost in a forest and someone or thing was scaring her.
"Oh alright!" Rose De Winter sighed and changed as well. It was much faster then her sister though. She wanted to look out the window to spot the castle. She didn't mind that they had gone by unnoticed. In fact, she didn't even notice that herself.
NOW:
Nikol had slid into the Slytherin table. Not that many people where there besides some of the others. A lot of them hardly knew her and she liked it that way. Then she heard her sisters name called. Please be Slytherin...
"De Winter?" The voice boomed.
A nervous little girl walked up to the seat. She sat down on the stool and fiddled with her hands. "Oh bloody hell... Please not ravenclaw or hufflepuff..." She whispered to herself. Rose wasn't sure if she wanted to be in gryffindor or possibly slytherin with her sister.
"Hmm.. Not Hufflepuff or Ravenclaw you say?" The hat spoke. "Well.. That only leaves Gryffindor and Slytherin. The De Winter's have all been in Slytherin yet you didn't deny Gryffindor like the rest? Intersting..." About a minute passed by. "Alright then... GRYFFINDOR!"
Rose hopped off the stool and took the closest seat at the Gryffindor table. She didn't even want to look at her sister right now.
Nikol grinned. At least one of them had made it out of the Slytherin house. She knew her sister would probably be better off in that house.

Suki watched Anna's sorting with excitement, but it dispersed when it announced her being in Hufflepuff. Her spirits fell and she looked at the empty plate before her. She had nobody now and the thought of that made tears come to her eyes. She wiped them quickly away and stared at the wooden table blankly as she heard the next girl was placed in Gryffindor.

"A De Winter in Gryffindor? This should be interesting." His gaze drifted over towards the Ravenclaw girl. She seemed very lonesome sitting by herself; her friends must've gone to other houses. He felt sorry for her, and he renewed his resolve to stay friends with her to keep her from feeling so lonely.
"Sorting's almost done," he thought. "Dumbledore'll say a few words and then the food...wonder how much I should bring Malric today?"
((First, Malric is the wolf, in case I didn't name him earlier. Secondly, why are we always in the same RP's lol? Welcome to Hogwarts, Nikol!))

"Is there something wrong with me being in Gryffindor?" She looked at him a little confused. Rose knew when her parents found out she'd be dead. Then brought back to life to be killed again. "Thank god.. I'm starved." She mumbled to herself. There was an empty space between her and him.
Nikol had crept over to the Gryffindor table hiding her house patch on her robes. "Hey. Great job on getting in Gryffindor. Look here's the plan. According to you and me, your in Slytherin. If mum and dad find out... Well bloody hell. We'd both be murdered!" She was serious about the whole thing and to other it might of sounded like she was kidding. The only thing is, she wasn't. Her parents where good friends with Bellatrix and Nikol could only begin to imagine what would happen. She turned to the boy next to her sister. "Look... Can you do me a favor? Will you please watch over my little sister? I can't have anything bad happen to her..." She gave the boy a pleading look.
(ahah thanks. and I started my own H.P RP xd lol though its waaay after the potters/weasely/grangers times. if anyones interested?)

The rest of the sorting was completed and the students were sorted, yada yada we know the drill.
Anna looked up to the girl crossing over, seeing only glimpses as she sneaked across. She paid no mind to it, as Dumbledore stood to deliver his speech to the new students.

(Omigod! That would be better than trying to keep track of the original characters and junk... but eh...)
Suki watched as a slytherin made her way to the gryffindor table to talk to a girl who looked just like her but younger. She looked to the boy beside the girl and recognized him instantly as the boy who calmed her down out in the hall. She turned her attention to the old guy making his way to a podium, That must be Dumbledore..

"Nothing at all," he said with a small smile, stunned that she even noticed him. "It's just interesting."
He saw the other De Winter girl come p and start talking to her sister. He wasn't really listening to their conversation until the Slytherin girl addressed him. He looked into her pleading eyes and then at her sister.
"I hope you don't mind wolves," he smiled. "Malric comes with me everywhere."
He glanced around the table, thinking about the sorting. "Wondeful," he murmured. "Potter's here. Too damn much attention."
Turning back to the De Winter's, he smiled. "Of course I'll look out for her."

"Mmkay." She smiled at the boy. When he mentioned wolves her eyes widned. "Wolves! Ohh he must be adorable!" She giggled.
"Potter? Bloody hell. I feel sorry for you guys." She stuck out her tongue and teased her sister. She knew her sister didn't like being around the center of attention. "Thank's a lot...?" Her voice trailed off. Just because she was in slytherin didn't mean she had to be vicious.

"You're welcome," he said. "The name is Alex, by the way." He looked at the Gryffindor De Winter. "His name is Malric. I'll show him to you when we get to the common room."

"Thanks Alex." She gave the boy a peck on the cheek as a thanks and disappeared off. A few seconds later she was at her table waiting for dumbledor to finish his speech.
Rose grinned as her sister left. She turned and held out her hand to Alex. "Rose De Winter. It's a pleasure to meet you Alex." She turned to face Dumbledor and sighed. Facing him again she nodded her head. "That's nice of you."

She smiled. "Well me and Nikol are the nice girls that everbody keeps telling you are evil." Rose let out a half hearted laugh. "Seriously, just because are parents are like that doesn't make us that way." She looked around and whispered. "Between you and me, Nikol was hoping her first year to make it into Gryffindor with you. She heard how nice you where and was hoping for a friend." She straightened herself and nodded. "But now she's stuck in Slytherin... And she keeps to herself." A small smile tugged at her lips. "At least now she has me!"
Dumbledor finished his speech and the food appeared. "Finally!" Nikol mumbled and took some potatoes along with salad. Sipping her goblet of pumpkin juice she sighed. It was good to be home again.
