erm...nope, everyone's still scattered about, no council has been formed, thus no squads.
The only person who can be ranked (that I know of) is Kev.

I know that this may sound a little weird...but can we add another branch onto Kidou
we already have
Hadou - Destructive arts
Bakudou - Binding arts
All i wanted to know is if we could have healing arts added to the bottom.

Angemon666 Thats right, but there are still rankings right. But its more like everyone is part of one squad. Everyone is in the accademy, after the academy is done everyone will move to Squad 1, then as you increase in power you will be able to move to other squads.

Yeah technically. Just so we know actually what is a Kidoh and what isn't...for instance at the current rate we could possibly have the situation of, half a million Hado #1 spells, and half a million Bakudo #3 etc...
Just something so that we learn what we're supposed to, unless you want to make something so that we can have different spells at #1 level etc.

I can't help but notice that there are new areas for separately approving various parts of a charecter. Does that mean those from the old profile thread need to re-apply as it were? Put the parts of their char in the new threads? confused
EDIT: *Seeing the confirmation below and is not pleased* Ugh. Re-approval for items that have already been approved and put in play is going to be a long, repeditive, and frankly unenviable task. stare

Just to clairfy that I am not completely blind . . . I see two threads for parts of charecter apps. One is for the Zanpaktou primarily, the other is for custom Kidou. Was there a thread I am not seeing for the charecter himself?
Also, I see the old threads of the academy are still up. Are we to continue that story arc? With the two year jump, it could become confusing to play the same charecter in both the past and future. confused
