Solaris Cannon info is already there - I'm gonna try and cover what we have already - and put the technical jargon to it, mainly so I can keep my tech based posts consistant (I am an engineer, it's my job to know about all the tech stuff)

Looking at all the posts it was impossible to tell how many times Demonix fired - with all the different numbers going round, so I picked a number that allowed for the whole white noise timer thing to be picked up on, without it being too high.

well, the solaris on demonix being so big, it takes a while to charge. then BOOM: total destruction. that's why it had shields too strong for even three smaller solaris cannons to penetrate, otherwise it would just get blown up before it could shoot. though i'm sure the white noise timing could be used as in it beeped at a differing speed till it reached critical and then the 'beeps' stopped or changed tone.

*sighs* I got the idea from Independance Day, but I wanted it to differ slightly so it wasn't a total rip off from the film. So instead of the noise cycling down like in independance day, I had Demonix fire more than once so the pattern could repeat itself and we get the same result that way.

*pulls out GM card* I only posted that it fired once. but you do have a point and i don't want any plaigiarism, i just haven't seen that movie in a while and forgot about that... Another possiblity is that Demonix has layered shielding and the noise is the shileds turning off in order, from closest to it to farthest from it.

(and starwars is as far from scientifically probable as is humanly possible) Also it seems a fight has started, but lets keep the zero g seeing as all repairs have now been shunted towards the violent capabilities of the ship.

The guild is just like a big info center on the RP, that covers history, backgrounds, and technology that is used. It was just made earlier this week.
