Well this storm is kinda the remnants of a tropical storm, I think...
So- not NORMALLY...

During the summer I lose power often because of Florida's thunderstorms.
But It's usually a
OHBYE
OHI
But long enough that it switches off my PC >:C
Sometimes we lose it for hours, but that's not too often.

As the gunshots rang out, Kanda stopped in his tracks. It at least didn't sound like Akuma gunfire. He headed for the training room, which was seemingly the source of the sound. Swinging the door open he spotted Kiah and her targets. He blinked, surprised, though he probably shouldn't have been. He didn't want to startle her, so he waited until she had cleared the gun before speaking up.
"Hey."

(@Gidget: Mn, i'm better than I was but not 100%.
@Kiah: I go for meetings with a psychiatrist or a counceller? or whatever you wanna call her. Lately the meetings have been growing further apart though because she only gets down here once a week or so and then stuff usually happens. Lately we've been talking about my childhood and stuff but I don't think I really wanna get into that on here. In any case even the meetings lately have been making me feel like s**t. )

(( Gidget: Ohhh... the storm can't get too much worse, right? I could see why that would get annoying... especially if you lose it so long. DX We've got a generator here, so we can usually get power back quickly...

Despite his good intentions, Kiah still jumped when he greeted her, causing her to twist around and drop a few bullet casings. “Oh! Kanda, you scared me... again!” she laughed, stooping down to collect what had fallen out of her hands. Once everything was collected she turned back and started getting out of her crouch, noticing the clothes that seemed very different on him. As she made her way up to a standing position, her eyes quickly trailed up to his face, a small blush on her cheeks. Whatever new material that was, it looked good on him.
“What brings you here on this wonderful day?” Kiah joked, hearing the pounding of the rain as they stood there. She rested her gun back on the table, making sure to point it in the direction of the backstop.

But the heat is gonna kill me, that and the yappy dog of a friend I have who always wants to drag me around the whole island under the sun without me agreeing. *frowns a bit* I'm not really looking foreward to that...or misquitos..
Actually, i'd like to get a time machine and go back to winter when it was cold and agreeable with my damn high body temp.. orz )

“Oh no... I’m not dangerous enough to be an Akuma,” she smiled, rolling a bullet between her fingers. “I just thought that since I had time, I might as well get in a little practice. Don’t want to get rusty.” Kiah frowned in thought before her eyes widened, turning back to him urgently. “You didn’t hear it too far away, did you? Do you think I’m disturbing anyone?”
