I didn't seee the item in the MP and I hadn't heard of it before. It just appeared in tektek earlier in the day actually. ninja *wonders what went wrong with the vid* ninja

It's a shame that I never get to participate in that stuff because of my awkward schedule. Now I have Sunday and Monday nights off, NOTHING cool ever goes on those nights and I'm dead asleep all day Sunday usually. sweatdrop
If you all ever plan something on a Monday near Central FL let me know though. So long as I have no prior obligations I'll totally be there. mrgreen

My uncle and I have taken on a new project!
He traded his old caddy to a fried for a bunch of computer stuff, including a tower (ATA), a monitor(with VGA and DVI inputs),3 dvd drives (two ATA, one SATA), 2 HDD (One STAT, One ATA), a wireless mouse, a digital camcorder, a bunch of wires (USB, Firewire, etc), and other stuff I have yet to see. He wanted to 'trick this one out', and since he works in the tile trade, decided he is going to put it in a granite box(like countertops), mounting it all in, including the monitor, and have some small openings for USB, audio, PS/2 ports and a hole for his DVD-RW DL drive, leave the back open, but covered with Plexiglass, and put in a neon or black light in there. The back will be the main area for ventilation as well.
It's going to rock.

We're also taking video of it with the camcorder, so that we can make a video like this one, but with a 'us actually doing it on video' type of thing.

But I had a hard time sleeping too.
Its been so windy.
And at one point I couldn't tell if the wind was actually the wind or if it was the sound of my roomate bawling her eyes out. eek

There was a group in the subforum who I think wanted to do some (IIRC) table top gaming maybe on Mondays...but I don't think it ever got underway. whee
