Keeping a few feet behind, Red followed. Knowing where the hospital was would be a good thing; and considering she had probably been exposed to this virus, knowing where a cure was would probably be in her best interest.

Echo jogged over to Haruko. "Haruko! There you are, oh god.." She said, looking him over. She closed her eyes, and opened them again. "Who are you?" She demanded from the girl that was following him. "You shouldn't be here, dangerous things here, you should get out while you can." Echo rambled, "S'no good, there's no escape, you can never go back, not ever. You can't escape what you cannot see.."

Red scrutinized the woman. She didn't like the way she was talking. Crazy people talked that way.

Echo scowled, and looked back to Haruko. "Haruko..?" She said quietly. "He's.. he's not well. Very ill, he is." She said to the woman. "How long have you been here?"

"About a week. Just in time for fly season," Red frowned at the bodies that still littered the streets. "I knew New York was dirty, but I wasn't exactly expecting this."

Echo glared. "It's not always like this you cheeky little snotrag." She snapped. "We had a flood." She rolled her eyes, and looked back over at Haruko. "What's your problem, anyways.."

"And yet it's nice to see the New Yorkers still keep their sense of humor," Red said lightly. She started on her way. There were things she had to do, and namecalling wasn't high up on her list.

Cady looks at Wu-San. His hood once again falls back, and his face was once again half demon. "The paper... said there was a cure... I've been walking... to the hospital" he looks down the road, "It seems... so far... I can't breathe..."

Echo thinks in silence for a moment. "What paper, Haruko?" She asked quietly. She hadn't heard of this 'cure' being in a hospital, although she hoped there was. "Why don't we take a break? And just.. er.. sit for a moment, so we can figure out for sure which way the hospital is?"

Haruko slides down the wall, just sitting in the street. "I... I only found scraps it said in... a basement..." he coughs some more, blood splattering everywhere. He lifts his hand a little limply but not in time to catch the flecks, "I'm... dying... Wu-san... I need to get there..."

"In.. in a basement of the hospital, then?" Echo nodded slightly. "Alright.. come on, I'll help you get there. It's only a block away, I think." She looked down the street, and then said, "Hang on a second, I'll get a good view, and see where it is for certain." She took a few steps away from the nearest building, ran at it, and scaled it almost effortlessly. Once ontop, she looked around, and found the hospital. It was indeed only a block and a half away. Relief took over her features, and she jumped from the building, landing next to Haruko. "Alright, it's just that way.."

Haruko spits blood onto the pavement as she scales the roof, but as soon as he's spat it out, more rises to take it's place. He spits again before she reaches him, and when she does, he struggles to his feet, but almost collapses. It was so hard for him to breave now he felt light headed, as if he may pass out at any point. The pain he was in was the only thing keeping him conscious.

Echo notices Haruko's instability, he looked to be in so much pain. He isn't going to last much longer without this cure.. she thought. She put one of her arms around him, under his left arm, to hold him steady. "Come on, just lean on me, okay?" She whispered.

Haruko leans almost all his weight on the vampire, and despite being shorter than the average man he was quite heavy. He starts murmering in japanese. he coughs a bit and spits some blood onto the road.

Echo adjusts quickly as he put all of his weight onto her. He wasn't too heavy, and he wasn't too light, either. She helped him walk, slowly they went, but they were moving. She didn't think that talking would be good, because it might hurt his throat or lungs, so she stayed silent.
