Sil couldn't help but giggle as she seemed to get so embarrassed over the subject, but she could honestly understand. Liv had flipped the tables on her more than once in that fashion, making her flush with talk of things she never spoke of out loud. "I wouldn't say never. The future is a long time, Liv. Perhaps it's a day from now, perhaps it's a year. Who knows."

Liv sighed a little and had to admit Sil was right, "I guess that's true...my future is my future, but I don't think it's set in stone. I think my decisions can change things. I don't think my decisions are already laid out for me, I think I still have free will to choose my path. There is something to be said for fate, but I don't think fate is the only decider."
She leaned back in her chair and her hands finally loosened up. She thought about it again and she shook her head a little. As if there were anyone for that to happen with anyway. How silly. She smiled a little though, remembering the rest, thinking that it sounded like her future was going to shape up a little nicer than her past had.

"I'm with you on that one," Sil smiled, tucking the cards away again since their purpose had been long served. She could have done her own spread, tried to see into her own future, but for some reason she never wanted to. Her entire life had been spent being dictated by one thing or another; she didn't need cards to illuminate the mystery of her future. Knowing what she did already made her a little ill, and with such uncertainty in her relationship she knew she didn't want any heads up. "Fate doesn't leave enough to the imagination in my opinion. In fact, I'm going to save several bugs tomorrow just to alter the path of my future."
She smiled then, sliding the ice cream back in her direction. "So are you happy now? Knowing the future that you could change... though I don't know why you would want to... I'd love to have every detail of that future for the record."

Back. That was so much fun. Besides the swimming upstream bit. Friend lost his glasses and we tried looking for them. Didn't find them. Good thing his eyes aren't that bad.
But river was a spring fed river, so it was crystal clear with lush foliage and ferns growing along the banks and hanging off of the overhanging limerock. The water was a perfect temperature. Not too cold like most springs are. =w= So relaxing~

Liv laughed a little, "That sounds like a good plan," she reached and grabbed another dollop of ice cream with her spoon, nodding, "I was happy before, I just...thought it would be interesting.."
She took the whole spoonful in her mouth and melted it away on her tongue, thinking again. Truthfully, she wouldn't really want to change anything about her proposed future, either. But still, her present self, just as the cards told, was apprehensive, "No..I know, I just...," she shrugged a little, "we'll see what happens."

[Kiah] It really was. >w< So relaxing too, besides for some of the long-fallen trees in the water you could get hooked up on, or worse- pop your tube. xD

HAHAHAA;; I am so sorry I affected you too! I went on a Avi-making spree one day and made like 5 that I didn't actually use. TekTek is AMAZING for that. The whole "Inventory TekTek" thing?
You can sort by colour, tops bottoms etc. And you can see ALL the items, Even the ones that have multiple poses. It's so useful. PS: Just take a flashlight!
