Yanni'n caught Aurora's attention now. She turned to face her again. "Not much, but more like a bit of allies. But, I'm just feeling stupid, helpless...Feeling like I failed again in an attempt to stop death. It's impossible to stop it. I can't even help those who helped me," she said as her voice lowered to a half whisper and half whimper of shame. This is stupid! Crying in front of a complete stranger who probably has very little sympathy! Her evil side yelled at her in Aurora's mind. She wiped away the tears that seemed to slip out. She stared at the rising sun, slowly lifting above the horizon, and the rain slowly turned from pouring to a small drizzle as the gray clouds spreaded apart.

Jaden growled and shifted uncomfortably. He felt more than a bit out of place here during the day and the puppy side of him was worried......

"This is but a natural feeling, when someone close to us dies."
Yanni'n re-adjusted her blindfold so that it covered her crystal eyes.
"When someone close to us dies, it only inspires us to do better. As long as those who value this friend, remember them, then they wouldn't have died in vain. They are never truely lost, in fact; my dear friend Nalaa who meant the world to me die by the jaws of a lycan over there by that tree."
She pointed to a tree that was half broken and uneve areas of grass that signaled a fight many years ago.
"I thought I couldn't go on without her but if there was one thing she taught me, it was to move on and accept what befalls us. If one were to die and the other to live, which would it be? If you chose to die and the other live on, then you would never see them again even in death; same thing the other way around."
Yanni'n simled as it drizzled looking up at the heavens.
"She said that as long as one lives on with the memory of the other, they to will find a new path with new situations and by remaining strong they will help the memory of this friend till it stays in their hearts. I to have grieved for my friend but as long as i remember her, then she is never truely lost."

"I'm surprised you're not affected by my appearance as a lycan. So many people with such cruel pasts of lycans killing someone dear to them would hold grudges against me and the rest of the packs. Thank you for your kind words, ma'am," Aurora said gratefully with a smile then added, "not all lycans are flesh-hungry beasts." Her black tail swayed behind her. Her wolf ears began to twitch. Rustling sounds again. "Someone's here," she said as she looked around with her eyes narrowed and head faced to look at the trees to see any sign of movement.

Circling the base of the tree Myyth snarled up at the vampire, her fur standing on end as her tail lashed back and forth. She was vaguely aware of Jaden behind her, and his unease but for now the vampire was far more important.
Looking up the tree, she called up to Rogue her voice dripping with scorn and venom "Coward...... Though what else I could expect from a leech such as you......"

*Rogue's eyes lit up the bright emerald and she spoke in a low mocking tone.*
"You're recently deceased brothers and sisters might not say the same as their bodies are rotting all over the city."
She kept eye contact, the sun finally fully hitting her face and spoke into Myythren's mind.
The lycan cuisine wasn't as bad as I thought it could be...though it could be an aquired taste by now. I wonder if you will taste any better...
*She smiled wickedly and leapt up on a higher branch, returning her gaze to Myythren.*

*She sat below a small tree, her drawing pad in her lap as she stecthed the shadows growing into the night. She withdrew a small breath as she, went into her jacket pocket to recieve a slender sliver case opening it and removing a slender white object and placing between her pouty rose lips. After that she took out a small lighter fliping it open and with two click it inflammed and she pasted it to the tip of her slender object and the tip glowed a amber-red. She inhaled and removed it and exhaled, a large puff off white smoke escaping from her lips. She losted herself in her own thoughts.*

Aurora saw a glimpse of a black blur that seemed to bounced from one tree to another. Darker and colder vampires! What are they doing up at this time?? She thought with a wide eyed expression. She stared at the horizon as the sun began to seep through and shine upon the grass and trees, casting shadows and sunlight. Aurora shielded her eyes and looked away to bring her attention back at another figure that seem to be looking for that black blur that went by.
