no, shinobis have their face covered aaaall the time, especially anbu and hunter nins. Besides, not once in the naruto verse has there ever been anyone that has forged headband. They've taken them from dead corpses, so we dont' exactly know wether it is possible to forge a headband, kinda like it's extremely hard to forge someone's signature

its true that you dont see forges or at least that we know are forged headbands in the show. but in kurgistar's defense we do know that their have been people impersonating other ninjas with jutsu and that can include a headband. in an extra episode we see also two dumb ninjas attempting to pose as gai and rock lee. they simple tried dressing up like them. they wore leaf headband and if you see the episode you would know that those guy could not kill a leaf ninja and take his headband. further more we see that kabuto had a hidden sound headband that had a leaf insignia onto by some jutsu when he tells that he is a spy.

Dang Iron Fang is right i remember that! and zane you are right anbu and hunters wear masks but also they are identified. the other ninja (idk how) seem to know who is behind the mask. if it was someone they recognized wearing the mask like Fordon when he used to wear his i could understand but its not its a random genin who they dont know, are not expecting, and is not being escorted.

Again, something him and Varro have in common.
The whole nice guy thing, not the morbid. If this short book I'm writing in Kiri market shows anything, its that he's a nice guy.

Oh and yama the only thing you really need to do to have the next stage of the hunter ninja down is practice precision. you could simply say you wanted to try out what Fordon had taught you on a dummy and pretty easily you would have it and when Frodon gets back to the village after he is done with zane's shenanigans and reporting to Luo He is going to test you on it provided your not on mission. after that if there is time he will start you on the next level. since the next level i believe is actually a very personal level you'll be doing most of that on your own.
