Alex nodded at the question as the Hokage tossed him the staff. He grabbed it, bracing himself for it as he felt the weight it held. "Why is it so heavy.." He asked as the Hokage begun to tell him so new information. "I see, I shall be ready then." He responded and departed with the staff.

She looked at everyone the same way, so nothing was personal about her common glare. Parvati looked at the young woman and looked at her " Tapping your foot will get you no where. " She reached down and grabbed a headband from her desk and held it out for the Genin to grab. She was interested in this young woman, she also handed her a scroll and smiled " Your first jutsu ... welcome to the Leaf. "

As the woman held out her handband, Tsukiko quickly picked it up, knotting it loosely around her neck. She then turned her attention to the scroll that Parvati held out. The Kaguya child didn't smile back at her, she just simply took the scroll gently. She didn't really need a welcoming to this village, she'd been here long enough. The Kaguya flipped her hair, nodding at the Hokage. She then turned around, and sauntered out of the door.  [--- Jaice Tsumehari ---] Jaice shifted his weight idly, glancing out of the window with a slight frown. He had neglected to tell Parvati one critical detail about Tatsu and his problem with his contacts: the trail of his contacts' deaths led to one place: Konohagakure no Sato itself.

Parvati looked at Jaice and stood up, she knew that something was coming...she needed to know that she had Jaice on her side " Jaice there is something I need to talk to you about. " She looked out of the window towards the gates and knew that there was something out there " Jaice, there is something coming... more powerful then I and I need to know that I can trust you to back me up. " She looked at Jaice and she was worried about what she felt on the horizon, she knew that Jaice would be a great person to have on her side. She could feel the chakra and she knew that it would be more then a match for her.

Parvati looked at him, she was worried and knew that this was something that could potentially harmful to the Leaf " I'm worried about this force Jaice, this is something that I haven't felt in a long time. " She knew that she would have to have a squad ready to interfere this force, she would do anything to make sure that the Leaf didn't fall to anyone. She looked at the ground and sat back down at her desk, her sensory abilities were strong and she felt this chakra like a static in the air; it gave her goosebumps " Jaice ... I'm weary of this force "

"Trust me, I'm not that strong of a sensory talent, but my gut tells me that Tatsu is headed this way, and I'm almost certain he is nothing but a pawn in this little game... not that his pride will admit he's anyone's little b***h even when he bends over," he said wryly. He shifted his weight subtly, his palm resting lightly on Bōikōu's hilt. "Make no doubt about it, whatever comes, we will stand against, as I have no doubt it is a herald of pain and chaos which we won't allow," he said quietly.

[--- Jaice Tsumehari ---] Jaice cocked his head, his eyes shifting to Sana as she spoke. "Somehow that doesn't surprise me," he said wryly. He had gotten the sense that Kazuki was dissatisfied with Konoha, though the Chuunin hid it well. His hand clenched as metallic interlocking scales formed over his visible skin as his fingernails darkened to a deep navy color. It stopped just short of his throat, but covered his arms entirely. Small spikes protruded from his elbows and shoulders, though the latter weren't immediately noticeable.

Kira, after following the invite of the one who promoted her, would easily, and acrobatically, swing her way up the side of the Kage's building and over the railing. Coming in through the window, she would make her way silently around the Kage and stand next to, and somewhat behind, the small brigade that had gathered around her desk. Danger had been mentioned after her promotion and Kira intent to find out just what was going on and what was going to happen... Along with how long it would take her to destroy the threat.
Crossing her arms over her chest easily, she would casually lean against the wall, waiting to be addressed. As always, her hair hung somewhat in her face, like a silver curtain. It was hard to make out just where she was looking sometimes...

Parvati looked at Sana, she cocked her eyebrow " You may have been born here Sana and a previous Hokage, but you will not talk to me like that." She stood up and looked at the entire room, war was not her specialty but a great defense was. She looked at the room, she saw that Kira was standing there " Kira, you have just as much right to know this as I do. " She walked over and dawned on her Hokage robe in which all of the people in that room with the exception of Kira have wore " Kazukis choice is but his own, we will have to be prepared for the things to come. " She looked at Sanas hand and decided to take it, she wanted to know what she was talking about. She knew that the chakra was dark but she needed to know more.

"I will not be aiding the village in this matter, for I know that my time left on Earth has lessened many years. Forgive me. Jaice, may I speak with you in private?" She asked softly, showing the Hokage all the events that happened at the Mist outskirts. Then she vanished.
