Revan Basarab 3rd. *He came back into the city to where he had found Rogue earlier and began looking for the young lycan scanning the area with his mind.* ~Where are you? I need to speak with you.~ *He jumped to the roof top of a building and stood there looking out over the city and his eyes glowed red as he searched his powers going to their max as he sought out the boy.* *he was sitting right behind him facing the other direction.* "You should search every cornor before jumping to conclusions. You could end yourself in a lot a harm." *he looked forward into the night sky.*

Arceli gets out the cab and gives the Cabbie a generous tip. After all, he deserved it for working in the city in it's current state, and she heads into the building and up several flights of stairs. She eventually reaches the roof where there are 4 large-ish lock-up garages. There's also a heavy duty elevator to the ground on the side of the building. She takes a Key out of her pocket and heads for the number 3 lock up. She opens it up and smiles as she sees everying present and intact inside. She wanders over to one particular duffel bag, and inside finds her rifle, her mauser, ammo for both, and a thigh holster. She takes the mauser and the holster, puts them in place, and hops on her bike. She starts it up, drives to the elevator, presses down and a generater on the roof starts up, and the elevator lowers to the ground. She drives off.

Akame was once again out on the prowl, her face covered with a Kabuki mask. This one had no markings on most of the face, save a band of black that starts about half an inch above her eyes and ends about half an inch below them. She crouches on the edge of a roof and is tracking the roof iself for infra red trails. There were warm footsteps still, but they were very faint.

Kuro walks through the alleyways not worrying of the disease that had been spreading. He passed quite a few dead homeless people's bodies. He just held onto his yingyang necklace and continued to walk through

Akame watches the Kuro passing below, her body hidden in shadows, and only the faint glow of the infra-red filters over her eyes showing up in the dark. She liked watching people, it was what she was trained to do and it's what she's always enjoyed doing.

Kuro felt as if someone was watching him all of a sudden. He stops and looks around scanning the rooftops, further ahead, behind and from side to side. He knew someone was watching but where were they

(npcing as luster c factions/ gangs sticky) a man walked up behind kuro wearing a cloak to hide himself. "hello" said a voice. the man had appeared from nowhere.
hiro watched luster from afar. he new if he got to close he'd be attacked by his ex master. he needed a plan to stop him.

Akame smiles behind her mask when she sees the confusion on Kuro'sface. She frowns as she sees another man approaching, and decides to just watch as things progress for now.

Kuro senses the man come from behind and then fades away refading in on a rooftop. From there he notices the person whom was watching him. He looks at them

Akeme flips onto the roof opposite as she sees Kuro dissapear, and lands silently in the darkness at the otherside. The glow from her eyes fading to nothing as she switches to low light vision. She was hesitant to fight the demon but didn't like it when people just vanished and re-appeard behind her. She pulls from a soft leather sheath a trio of black iron kunai, inscribed with warding runes. The movement is silent.
