If they want to look smart then, whatever.
Usually when people rave against gay marriage, I normally say "But do their relationships affect you? How do they affect you any differently than a straight couple holding hands walking down a street?"
In reality, they're very closed-minded people and the only way to open their minds is with a crowbar. OTL

((Oh man, yeah... I don't even... We're a -little- better off here than most places. xD Most people I know are open about their sexuality and no one would say an ill word about it. Two of my coworkers are lesbians and gay/lesbian couples come into our restaurants all the time. I'm just WAITING for someone to complain to me because we are "family friendly" and I will happily get fired : D ))
