With a languished sigh glancing out of the window longingly, Sil contemplated the pros and cons of her currently sitting in the Common Room instead of enjoying the lovely Spring weather. In her hand she had the pack of Tarot cards that the owner seemed to have forgotten about, or perhaps the owner died, she didn't like to dwell on the thought. Instead of doing anything mystical or devious with them, she laid them out to play a game she had learned from one of the Slovenian scientist had taught her. It wasn't the most exciting game in the world, but she liked to keep her hands busy even when relaxing, and she was a terrible chess player.

Evelyn had been passing by the room as she heard the shuffling of cards. Curiously she stepped in and saw Sil doing.. something with her hands. She approached the older girl. "What are you doing Sil?"

Stretching his arms as he went, Lavi made his way through the corridor towards the Common Room. He'd just woken up from a nap and figured he might as well do something useful with the rest of his day, but he'd left the book he'd been reading on a table in the Common Room. When he entered the room, though, he noticed Sil was already there, along with Evelyn, and abandoned his plans without much thought, making his way towards where they were instead of the table where he'd left his book the other day.
"This again...?" He asked as he noticed what Sil was doing as he came closer, regarding the Tarot cards skeptically. He'd never admit that the reading she'd given him all those months ago had actually been rather accurate.

Sil blinked, seeing that one of the cons of staying in the Common Room had appeared already; social interaction that didn't involve coffee and the screaming of scientific words and insults. She paused as she was laying her cards out, opened her mouth to respond to Evelyn then promptly closed it to allow her tongue to rearrange her words to properly respond to Lavi.
"Don't you start," she said, pointing a finger at him with a little waggle of it, though she found his automatic reaction a little amusing. "You realize these are playing cards too, right? If you're not careful I'm going to put a hex on you." She wiggled her fingers at him mystically as if magic might pour from her fingertips, and though she really shouldn't be joking about such a thing considering her past track record, she couldn't help herself.
As for Evelyn, she turned back to her with a smile. "I was going to play a solo game... it's like solitaire but the pictures are less boring," she sent Lavi a little meaningful glance at that, as if she intended the less boring part to playfully insult his die-hard skepticism. "How are you two, today? Besides living a life devoid of magic and mystery." Again, that one was likely meant for Lavi.

Evelyn chuckled. "I'm sure though that the Innocence provides us with that Magic and Mystery though, Miss Sil." Pausing she continued. "I didn't know you could play Solitare with Tarot cards..." Blinking she sat beside Sil to perhaps watch.
