Here's a great guide for coming up with character concepts, though. Zomg! I had a bolt of insperation... *bear hugs Cylem-chan* Now lets see if I can flesh it out... ... still not sure what clan my character will be or their gender... But at least I got something. heart

Believe it or not... I was actually inspired by a scar. sweatdrop xp
I don't know if you've ever seen an Anime called 'Gungrave' but I took Grave's scar and thought up a little history with it... very basic... needs to be fleshed out... but at least there is one sweatdrop :
I envision that my characters family betrayed the clan for whatever reason, my character stood up to them and got his/her eye and almost half of the face removed when the parents realized he/she wasn't coming with them.
-As a result, I see him/her more of a student of the sword and a focused Taijutsu type (though I will look more into it when Van posts the type... I may focus on a particular style or something) so a pretty strong build (or heavily toned) character overall
-I envision her/him a bit of a recluse but not neccessarily a hostle character towards others.
-I envision the character cherishing loyalty and going out of his/her way to hunt down and kill traitors (even to the point of carrying a 'Grudgebook' with all the names of those who have wrongs him/her, his/her friends and his/her clan.)
-Sees his/her parents as shame upon him/her personally on his/her honour and seeks to remove the stain on his honour. Even to the point of jepordizing a mission to locate any information that may come about in finding them.
Thats... all I got so far. I have no idea what sort of weapon my character will have (though a big a** weapon seems to pop into my head) or anything else besides that. sweatdrop Like I said, not much but its better than nothing and I have time to tweek.

I'll draw blondie with Maha and Shiso in the traditional 'Charlie's Angels' pose as soon as I draw a younger version of Kasuga.
I want her to look something like this in the near future; but younger and without the slutty outfit. She'll buy that later with her Daddy's money...
I shall name her Shihoka Hori... I looooove using unusual names...

Definitely either Uchiha or Hyuga. Those are the only two who strike me as hardcore enough to tear someone's face off for betrayal... particularly the eye bit.
It seems like we're going to have a lot of brats, sluts and cyclops this time around. xd

Ninko Nogitsune Definitely either Uchiha or Hyuga. Those are the only two who strike me as hardcore enough to tear someone's face off for betrayal... particularly the eye bit.
It seems like we're going to have a lot of brats, sluts and cyclops this time around. xd Ugh... two of the strongest clans that I was somewhat hoping to avoid because they were so... powerful. However, I can see my character restricting his bloodline trait to fighting those in his/her book of Grudges or... simply not using it at all until he/she feels that enough pentence has been done to remove the stain on his/her honour. Geez... my character is a scar... no face, no gender and barely a clan. rofl hell, maybe I shouldn't even give them a name, just an allias... they can get that back too when things are settled. xp

I could see that working with the Hyuga. The leader, Hikagen, is new to the position as his father is in poor health and his older brother was mysteriously assassinated. He was intended to be the leader of the Branch House but was suddenly promoted to the Main.
I can see some members of the clan being all, "screw that" with regards to serving a would-be branch member and just leaving. xd
...That wouldn't sit well with Hikagen, oooooh no. sweatdrop

@Nor: Yep, I remember. 3nodding I also remember how absolutely vile that character was possibly going to be. xp I'll put some more thought into it, and maybe fuse the two idea's together if I go down that route. 3nodding
@Ninko: Hmm... I'm not all that well versed in the Hyuuga clan. But the way you say it, it certain may be a lot more in line with my characters history to go down that path.
Either way, I imagine that these two clans would be the most popular among the members of the guild. sweatdrop Maybe I'll see what the numbers are like before I commit to either one and see if maybe there's someway to sneak him into another clan if there are a lot of people joining those particular clans.

I find it hard to imagine people wanting to join the Hyuga. Personally I don't like them very much. sweatdrop
I'm only heading up the clan 'cos I was asked to, and it's strict social hierarchy really suited my main character, Ikotsu's, background.
