OOH! The General person thingy is deeper in the city I think... It's pretty crowded, so it might be hard to find him at first. Just search for those with blue NPC names on 'em.
For the camera, I recommend you use the right mouse button... it's much easier for me. Also just click to move around the screen. Don't use the movement keys on the keyboard... it's much too confusing.

I never imagined words could express emotions and pictures that well...
and I could almost imagine the whole story just from that!
In the end... I'm still kinda confused about the whole lighthouse and vanishing busness...
Did they turn off the lighthouse light, and Ecila vanished? That's why she left?
