I don't think there's been a price cut yet, so it'd still run $250. Possibly less if you can snap up a used one.

I've sort of lost interest in the DS. Or rather, I've stopped buying games, so I just play the ones I have. Besides Pokemon, most of 'em have been beaten and interest lost. One of my favorites owned was lost a long time ago. So that doesn't work out. That's why I'm playing Saphire again. What with how expensive the 3DS is, I'm going to wait for price cuts, and for my DSi to break. Which shouldn't happen if I don't drop it.

Depending on the types of games you like to play, I might recommend the DSiWare title, Starship Defense.
It's a Tower Defense genre game, but you have to fit your spaceships with various weapon turrets to shoot down attacking aliens. If your shields fail, game over.
