paintxitorange I've been having trouble sleeping.
The past two nights I've stayed up to 1030 and 730 in the morning.
And then my day is gone by the time I wake up.
Anyone know any cures for insomnia.. ? Try reading something you find rather interesting, but that is put in a rather boring format. Like, say, You're interested in science, so read a science book that would be used in a classroom. Works for me, And I learn much. Sleeping pills aren't exactly something I would suggest, because they have this thing about them that creates a dependency upon them.
