Valandra Ugh! I will never understand how to fold fitted sheets properly. It's impossible! stressed It's an art form. And even then, I can only fold them properly about half the time.

Valandra Ugh! I will never understand how to fold fitted sheets properly. It's impossible! stressed I solve this problem by cramming them all rumpled-like into the bin I use for bedding. No effort, no problem. 8D
But I'm glad things are going well for you! The job sounds great and it's cool that you're getting the chance to work on your relationship with your father. :3 heart

Streamjumper Valandra Last post was... eek five hours ago.... Has a cure been found for insomnia? whee No, sadly not. Since I get tomorrow off from work (state employee = holiday winnage) I've been playing videogames. And might I add that it is quite nice to see you again? How you doin'?
Winnage indeed biggrin , despite the lack of a cure. Ah well, I doubt half of us would use it regularly anyways.
I've been doing a lot better these last couple of months. Coming back and seeing everyone still active and well just tops it. As well as some of ya'll's achievements; WJ was the only colored name last time. Congrats and condolances.
*sigh* Now to get ready for work.

LunaInverse Valandra Ugh! I will never understand how to fold fitted sheets properly. It's impossible! stressed It's an art form. And even then, I can only fold them properly about half the time.
An art form I shall never attain any skill in, apparently.
Dr. Fomite I solve this problem by cramming them all rumpled-like into the bin I use for bedding. No effort, no problem. 8D
This is the method I have found to work best as well.
Dr. Fomite But I'm glad things are going well for you! The job sounds great and it's cool that you're getting the chance to work on your relationship with your father. :3 heart

Gee, thanks, property readings for tomorrow. Now I've got Ghostbusters stuck in my head because of you... stare
Seriously, though, someone had too much fun writing the Stambovsky v. Ackley decision, which deals with the "let the buyer beware" doctrine. The case itself is based on a "haunted" house where the owner spread word it was haunted to a couple magazines and the local paper and, after discovering this, the buyer wants to back out of the contract. They claim that the existence of the reputation regarding the house would affect its property value while the seller is saying the buyer ought to have discovered it himself, since NY is a Caveat Emptor jurisdiction. Why I say someone had too much fun is the absurd number of ghost/psychic puns that are used.
"...no divination is required to conclude that it is defendant's..." "...in his pursuit of legal remedy for fraudulent misrepresentation against the seller, plaintiff hasn't a ghost of a chance, I am nevertheless moved by the spirit of equity to allow..." "It portends that the prudent attorney will establish an escrow account lest the subject of the transaction come back to haunt him and his client..."
...and many more. XD

So, I'm going to Vegas next Friday! Woo hoo! Everyone cross your fingers and toes for me and my fiancee'. I'm hoping she hits the big one, lol.
Any ideas as to what we could do? I've been there a few times so I have some thoughts, but I was wondering what fellow AGers have done in Vegas that they found fun. Let me know!

WTF? Val's back?!
...wb. ninja
Anyway. This page:
1) I don't follow F!S - too wanky much of the time. Though I did lol at the secret.
2) Oh GOD I am using that image somewhere, Stream. Also: SAUCE.
3) Happy birthday in advance, CB!
4) Yeah, I have problems folding fitted sheets, too. redface Especially on my own - I try to not let anything drag on the floor, and even though I'm tall, that's kind of difficult to do. emo I think I gave up on the second sheet and just said, "Screw it."
...I did like eight loads' worth of laundry on Friday, I think. Yeah. And since I live in an apartment complex, I had to haul them all to the laundromat and back. (I couldn't monopolize the machines, though, so I just used the big one (which takes about two loads) and then two normal ones.)

FanFicGuru So, I'm going to Vegas next Friday! Woo hoo! Everyone cross your fingers and toes for me and my fiancee'. I'm hoping she hits the big one, lol. Any ideas as to what we could do? I've been there a few times so I have some thoughts, but I was wondering what fellow AGers have done in Vegas that they found fun. Let me know! I would suggest avoiding following directions to abandoned houses and/or breaking out of a police station.
