WereWeasels Naito_Arekkusu7 WereWeasels hey can anyone in here approve custom jutsus? I have an Idea for custom jutsus, but I need somebodies opinion on whether they should be custom jutsus, a custom bloodline, or a custom summoning. well not really from what I know ski is the one who approves jutsu's and all and well it's really hard to get all that what did you have in mind???? Well I'm hoping to have them as custom jutsus, to make my RPC more specialized, but It'll probably have to be submitted as a bloodline or summoning. I don't want to reveal much, but if you want I'll send you a PM with the details. Sure that be cool I'm curious to see as well if I could help you out in anything, so if you want go for it.
