Billy does the running around while Corri waits for him at the laundromat and he hides it all in the back. He's only gone twenty minutes though, because all he really needed to get was booze. And lube... because they'd run out the night before.
THEY go back to the cabin for a little bit, just lazing around and soon it's dusk, and Billy gets up. "You can come out in ten minutes." he says.

Billy goes outside and lights candles all around the hottub. He makes sure it's warm enough and makes sure the rose petals are still all nice and pretty. Then he just waits for Corri to come out.

Corrigan goes out just after the ten minutes Billy had requested, and can't believe what he sees. Billy obviously must have kept in mind how much Corri was a sucker for romantic things, since he has the hot tub all set up with candles and rose petals.
After a moment of staring at the set up senselessly, he glomps Billy, kissing him deeply, "I love you, y'know that?"
