His confidence started going up it seemed like he was on a streak right now so he decided to keep going hard at it. 'Alright don't get too cocky now.' He thought to himself. He went to the next page and began going over the seal on it in the same way he had gone over all the others he wanted to know and master each and every seal so he studied hard and began to perform the seal.

OK now Shinzu couldn't help himself but get cocky, he'd gone three for three and he only had three more seals to master before he could start, he hoped, actual ninja training with jutsus, but he still read over the page carefully and took mental notes and photos. He then began the hand seal.

"Oh yeah four for four!" Shinzu said excitedly he only needed to learn two more and he was finished with this his heart was starting to pumped and frankly speaking he was pumped he'd dreamed about joining the academy and here he was becoming a ninja. He read over the next seal before giving it a shot.

"Ah man that's devestating." He said he'd just been so excited about having four for four. "Well gotta try again." He carefully studied the hand seal again making sure not to miss anything before his next attempt. He closely examined the pictures and what they said to do taking everything into consideration he stood up and got ready.

"Erg Gotta try again gotta try again he said in his head while he studied the pictures and description doing all he could to memorize them so he could master them. He practically stared them down. "Gotta try again gotta try again." he said. At this point it was his nindo as he attempted the seal yet again.

"Yes just got to learn one more aha!" Shinzu carefully went over the last seal he wanted to master this one quickly and be done with it after all real ninja stuff awaited him afterwards, he hoped. He studied where every finger joint went and how it got there taking his time to memorize this one. "Ok here it goes. C'mon hole in one!"

Shinzu relaxed a little bit glad that he had completed the lesson before going up to te sensei. "Um Sir I finished it!" he said as he handed the teacher back the scroll.

After a couple of minutes of waiting, and that new kid had finished studying the handseals, Masanori finally realised that he may still have time to learn that last jutsu before the exam begins. He quickly looked around the room then moved towards Hiru. He moved in close to him, put his hand next to his mouth(covering it) trying to prevent Mokujin-sensei, from hearing.
"Do you think you can teach me henge no jutsu before the exam?" he wondered while pointing out towards the hallway.

Hiru was a bit startled by Masanori who had snuck up behind him, but was happy someone wanted to do an activity with him while he was waiting for the exam to start. It would help him reduce the stress a bit. Plus he was just glad to help a friend.
"Sure I'll help you!" Hiru, whispered, still speaking pretty loud from the excitement.
He snuck into the hall with Masanori as discretely as he could. "Okay, this should be pretty easy, specially if you've already mastered the invisibility technique and the clone technique.", Hiru explained, trying to be as pedagogical as he could. "Basically, instead covering yourself with an image of what's behinf you like with the invisibility thing, you generate an image of something else, the same way you give a regular bunshin the appearance of yourself for the clone technique!", Hiru concluded, showing a large pointy teethed smile.

((I really wanna learn what "procrastination" means so I can laugh at the title of the excersise! Explain!))

As they walked out, Masanori glanced over his shoulder back and forth to see if Mokujin-sensei was watching or not. They eventully reached a place in the hallway where they could not be seen, possibly heard still a place where Mokujin didn't notice that well.
The instructions were given, which Masanori was really thankful for, but since he had now been given such chakracontrol due to the other jutsus he was confident in that he could learn the jutsu by the start of the exam. "Okay.." He made his bird seal and channeld his chakra, throughout his body. During the jutsu execution he didn't think much other then the time he made the bunshin no jutsu, he felt the same way but rather then to make a copy you just use the chakra on yourself. So since Hiru was the last person he saw he chose to try and henge him. But the state that he was in due to getting caught by Mokujin, scared him. Making him unbalanced in his jutsu, resulting in that his left arm turned yellow BUT with scales. "... Ew..."

His shook the arm away by big arm moments, and when that didn't help. He simply relaxed and took a deep breath, trying to empty the arm of chakra. Soon enough, his plan worked and the arm faded away. "Now I've got the basics down." he thought that he would start small and dye his hair with chakra, since he didn't want another incident with scalely skin. His seal was executed once again and he transmitted the mixed chakra, through his chest and throut and up to the sculp of the head. From there he alined the chakra to go from the center of the hairsacks then spreading outwards towards the bangs and sideburns, to lastly the back of his hair. And so, the color changed from blonde to blue in a few secounds. He looked around and went for the nearest window to get a look of the blue colored hair of his. "Yes!"

2/4. Halfway!
His next idea for the henge was to actually make himself woodenlike, like Mokujin. He started to think back the last time he saw him, which was only a few secounds ago, to then create an imagtination image: where himself and Mokujin-sensei, were standing next to eachother so then, like a printer, he scanned the wooden material off of Mokujin to then replace it on Masanori. He felt the chakra flowing throughout his skin and when he had opened his eyes, he saw the skin had turned into wood. He gently knocked on his leftarm, hearing a soft klank back as reply.

So now he had the skin of wooden material, his hair being blue, what else could he change to make himself master the jutsu? Maybe his face? "Yes, the face of Hiru, the body of me, skin like Mokujin and blue hair" he thought the whole thing being one of an hilarious matter. Tough, he was someone who wanted to keep his image of: Handsome, ladies man and overall the greatest ninja ever. So he snuck out to the nearest restroom, hoping it got a mirror, which it had. He looked into the mirror and started to replace his own face with Hiru's. Soon enough his teeth began to sharpen and his green color fading off to a small black dot. It took only a few secounds and a Hiru was looking about at Masanori. "Hilarious..."

He took himself out of the WC and walked towards his classroom, he stopped just a few steps before the entrance to transform himself the last time. "Okay, here we go.." he started to think of a person, the next person he would see was he going to transform into. He wouldn't hesitate. He looked towards the end of the hallway. "If I see long hari, instanly change. If I see fat, instantly change. If I see one arm, instantly change" he was so pumped up that he didn't even see the person he turned himself into. He raised his hands to look at them. "I remember these sleeves from somewhere.." he checked if his hair was long enough to stretch down infront of his eyes, which it was. A white color. "Oh.." he looked forward and saw his dad. "Dad?"

[Entrance from Housing District]
In came Shin, racing towards what sounded like a cry for help to his inexperienced ears and the distance from himself and the source of the shout he had heard. What he found confused him, as instead of some woman stuck in a well or some man hanging off the side of a building, there was simply training going on. Most of the academy students were present and a few new faces, most of them engaged in one activity or another. And there stood Shin, a befuddled frown on his face.
"Where's the fire?"
