Name: Blade of the New Moon
Effect: Kyo focuses his chakra into a wooden hilt that then creates a blade of pure lunar energy. This ability grows more powerful as Kyo does. All levels stack to increase the power of the Blade.

500-5,000: Blade of the New Moon requires the wooden hilt.
5,001-50,000: Blade of the New Moon no longer requires the hilt to produce the blade of lunar energy.
50,001-80,000: Blade of the New Moon can now be split into two swords.
80,001+: Using one of the Gekkou sword dances with this level of the Blade of the New Moon will reduce the needed Chakra for the dance by half.


Name: Wings of the Heron
Effect: Using this Jutsu large white wings that resemble heron wing appear behind Kyo. This Jutsu’s power grows as Kyo’s does. All levels stack to increase the power of the Wings.

5,000-50,000: Grants Kyo the ability of flight.
50,001-80,000: Wings now can act as a shield to block mid level Ninjutsu and Taijutsu.
80,001+: Wings grant Kyo a much higher stamina and speed.


Name: Visor of the Full Moon
Effect: Kyo gains use of a visor that seems to be made of pure lunar energy. This energy has a different fell than that of the New Moon Blade. Its effect, too, grows stronger as Kyo does. All levels stack to increase the power of the Visor.

10,000-60,000: Allows Kyo to indentify low level Genjutsu. Cost to keep the jutsu activated is 300 Chakra per turn.
60,001-80,000: Negate most low and mid level Genjutsu. Cost to keep the jutsu activated is 200 Chakra per turn.
80,001+: Negates all Genjutsu unless used by an Uchiha with at least the third level Sharingan, Cost to keep the jutsu activated is 100 Chakra per turn.


Name: Sakurian Illusion
Effect: Kyo creates an advanced Genjutsu to can only be broken using a release or burned using fire jutsu. Kyo appears to remain still while talking to his enemy once they attack however he is replaced with a whirlwind of cherry blossoms. This whirlwind now becomes a void which the opponent can not escape. While in the void what happens depends solely on the power of Kyoshiro. All levels stack to make a more powerful Genjutsu.

5,000-50,000: Every time the opponent attacks Kyo, more cherry blossoms are released into the Genjutsu. Kyo can attack three (3) times while this Genjutsu is active, afterwards the Genjutsu breaks.
50,001-80,000: Genjutsu can not be seen through by the Sharingan eye as well as Kyo can now attack five (5) times before the Genjutsu is broken.
80,001+: Genjutsu become immune to the normal effects of the fire jutsu. Kyo’s limit on attacks while the Genjutsu is activated is also lifted.

Ryu: Blade of the New Moon Approved. Wings of the Heron I don't know about this one. Seems like it would be an Ichazuki skill since they already have wing tufts on their arms. Also, I think Duality has a skill like that. I'll have to check. Another mod can judge this move. Visor of the Full Moon Um, approved. Sakurian Illusion I say approved but there are other clans other than the Uchiha who are good against Genjutsu. You might want to revise that. It's approved though.

The 7 Tragedies - Wind's Requiem
A technique developed by Momiji after experiencing the disturbing effects of his new friend Kozumi's Kiss of Beautiful Death. Combining the kekkei genkai of the Dante clan with a skillfully built genjutsu Momiji has developed a surprise attack of startling effectiveness. When an attack is launched at Momiji he can activate this technique with a dragon hand seal to create the illusion of himself that will mock the effects of the damage from the attack as if it was actually struck by it. Meanwhile the real Momiji will have entered a form that links him directly with the air around him taking on it's properties through his clan abilities. While in this incorporeal form he can't be seen except for a distortion in the air nor be struck by physical weapons considering he is made from air. His form remains collectively in a human form, but he can receive damage from Katon and Raiton based attacks, other attacks his gaseous form simply slips around. He isn't able to maintain the air form for very long, in most cases he rushes at his opponent and regains physical form once he has gotten through their guard. Prolonged use of the air based form would lead to his death dissipating to the air for real.

Art Of The Infinite Fist - Shell Bullet
Tying into his affinity for Fuuton based attacks, he has even managed to incorporate it into his taijutsu. In most cases whenever he makes a thrusting attacks whether it it be with spear, sword, staff or even a punch. The attack is followed immediately by a ring of compressed air with a 2ft radius around the center of the attack adding a second shock to an already powerful blow. The air strike has the pressure and power to make it equivalent to Sakura's and Tsunade's Strong Arm skill making it considerably more powerful then your average Iron Fist style punch.

The Demon Fox's Cloak - Closed Eyes: In his normal state, the Kyuubi has the ability to passively use its chakra to heal Kyoshou when injured. Minor cuts heals within minutes while heavy damage to the body is reduced to days of recovery as opposed to weeks. He can also passively add the 9 tail's chakra into his own techniques to make them more powerful. When in his tailed form, Kyoshou's body is surrounded in a red chakra fox aura generated by the Kyuubi inside him complete with up to 3 chakra tails depending on how much power he is calling upon. He is able to move more quickly, use more chakra draining jutsu, heal his body faster and strike with more force with this chakra. The Kyuubi's chakra in his tailed aura form can be used offensively. Kyoshou can extend this chakra into arms which can grab and strike at his opponents. These limbs are near unpredictable and can extend far away from his central body. When in the three tail form Kyoshou able to roar and extend chakra outwards into a sphere. This sphere of chakra was so intense so as to destroy surrounding matter and violently push back any incoming attack.

Make it last a certain amount of posts before you lose all energy, And you can;t unlock this unless you are less then 1/4 chakra.

Made Up: Change Clothes - Whenever The Masked Man changes masks, his clothes change as well. Doing this allows whatever effect from the mask to affect the rest of his body, increasing the power of the mask by 20%. Not only that but he can mix match clothes and masks. This applies to shirts and pants only since the masks are already powerful enough without the addition of being able to use them all at the same time.

Demon Iceberg: Chakra Trap- the first technique that is needed for the series. this technique forms using the water vapor in the air to condense upon a person's chakra and freeze. if their chakra is vast then it will form a large iceberg trapping them in it and slowing the flow of chakra. this acts as a prison to demon, curse or beast seal, or enchanted weapons(with their own chakra) wielders to stop them temporarily and give them time to "cool off." the ice can only be broken from the outside.

Demon Iceberg: Exorcism and Securing- works as 2 possible techniques that takes 2 posts for each to work, and also must have Demon Iceberg: Chakra Trap active. after having trapped a subject in their own chakra ice the user begins a chant, this should not be interrupted otherwise something strange may happen. the worst effect would be the demon or seal would take full control of their body and destroy anything around them. if successful in the chant then the user must present an object to transfer the power into. the more steady the weapon the or other object the longer the power can be sustained.(if interrupted roll d6 and if even is completed successfully, if odd demon or seal is lost)

Demon Iceberg: Foreboding Imprisonment- this is what is needed if a person is chosen to be the host of the demon or seal. this technique requires a secondary chant to imprison the demon or seal into another person. consiquences of this are that the demon may be released into the world or the seal may be lost if interrupted.(if interrupted roll d6 and if even is completed successfully, if odd demon or seal is lost)
