Firstly because carrot and chocolate are a match made in heaven if done right and secondly, because I am all about wild hedonism. I may even go the whole way and paint myself with chocolate icing.

It's fetishy. Those thing's aren't necisarily to be understood, just they either feel good or they don't. I imagine that if you asked a behavioral psychologist they'd spout a lot of mumbo jumbo about "distorted maternal urges" and "power fantasy", "total intimacy", or maybe just point to the amount of eating and food metaphor in sexual language, but it's all just a complicated and standardized form of speculation.
